Long but good
Took a long time to arrive but they would keep in touch and reply quickly and it eventually turned up and I’ve received a voucher for a free tshirt as an apology for the wait very happy.

Lack of Quality
The Quality wasn‘t the same as it was the last time i bought smth at your shop. After the first washing the print got destroyed already. I dont know what went wrong but i won‘t buy anything at your store no more. I also purchased some shirts for my friends and they had the same problem. We were really disappointed.

Good quality but order took to long
The clothing quality is excellent, and the print is better than other providers. However, I can only give three stars because the order took almost four weeks to arrive. Even when I ordered items for Christmas, they didn't arrive on time, taking over four weeks. Additionally, it took a long time to get a response explaining the delays, and this has happened four times out of five orders.

Order took way too long

No delivery and no answer to refund request
Ordered a One Piece T-Shirt with expected delivery time of 4-7 days. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they told me it would be prioritized now. Few days later the same but nothing happened.
4 weeks have passed now so I cancelled the order and asked for refund, which they didnt respond to anymore. Gladly I payed with PayPal ...

The delivery takes some time, but it‘s worth!!
I‘ve paid 40€ for an oversize black tee with a print (and i know it is high priced), but the quality of the product is way much better than i‘ve expected (to be honest). The fabric is very good and soft and the print is also made very well. It takes some time with the delivery (due to the shortage on delivery company staffing), but that‘s ok when you see your item.

You are absoluteley right! Your order arrived much too late, but not after 6 weeks, but after 4 weeks. We are very sorry! Shipping to Canada usually takes a little longer than to European cities. I hope that you are otherwise happy with your order and that we have fulfilled our promises.

always looking for very good anime t-shirts and now i found it
I've always been looking for good anime t shirts and never found anything good. Either the fabric wasn't made of good material or the imprint was too pale or blurred and the costs were expensive. The t-shirts at Umai-me are just great! The delivery is fast and the material is very good and comfortable to wear and the prints are very detailed, have cool colors and just look high quality. The prices are good too, I'm just happy with the t-shirts I ordered.
