Umbaga Reviews

I wanted to return my order, I paid 90 Euros for the product, then 50 Euros for the return shipment - then never heard of them again!
I just checked and saw that their site doesn´t exist anymore.

STAY AWAY! Scam! There is plenty of other similar and cheaper products. I payed about 90 euros and received it with a scratch, some of the so called elements (9 in my case) where also covered by their labels and that didn't look good. I wanted to return the product. No problem with comming in contact with "customer service" then. They offered me a 15% discount which I didn't want. As for return they assured several times that returning the product will be costly and it could get damaged in transit, ha! It was costly, never got my money back. After they received the product the communication stopped thereafter! Save yourself the ordeal! Buy from somewhere else, it's simple acrylic and no "high tech and high heat" process, what a BS!

Shocking product and customer service. Sent me a seriously defective product. Entire element display was at a significant angle (not level), so could not be given as a gift, as I had planned. Declared, in writing, that they would refund return postage for sending defective product back. However, Umbaga Labs did not refund the postage, which was significant as the product had to be sent to China. Company now claims that refund promise was made by an unauthorised 'agent'. Avoid. Do not waste your money.

I ordered the Periodic Table with real elements. To be fair, I expected a fake product, but fortunately it was actually genuine. I'm really satisfied with the quality.

Though, it wasn't a perfect transaction, as they didn't inform me that my parcel would be shipped from China, but it arrived well packaged and undamaged, so I can't complain.

How to get screwed:
This company is the worst, keep your money do not buy anything even so it might sound good it is not.

I bought their product for Christmas, the package never came to my home, the last kilometer (like they said) they use the local post office with a regular follow mark, no insurance. so apparently they think that I should take responsibility for the transport.. I tried to contact them but they did not care, now they just do not answer.
so if you like gambling, buy their stuff and see if the package comes... else, just keep your money.

Real elements! Amazing product! Totally worth the money. This really does have the actual elements in it. After reading review of similar cheaper products, they all said they had a picture of the elements in it and not real piece of them. I'm happy to report this product is exactly as described, great quality with real elements in it. I will proudly display this on my desk.

I was skeptical where to buy one of these for my daughter. I had previously researched many sites claiming to sell a similar product – some were suspect, dodgy, even deceitful. Some other sites showing pictures of the same item, even copies of the same feedback. So beware of the cheap fakes. I chose UMBAGA because they communicated with my emails, and proved to be legitimate. Mine arrived today, and it is SO BEAUTIFUL!!! and just as UMBAGA advertised. So, if you are searching for a Periodic-Table with embedded elements, buy the UMBAGA one and you will get a very nice product. (Very Happy) Thank you

Periodic Table of Elements from UMBAGA has REAL samples. I bought the periodic table with REAL sample elements as a gift for my science major daughter that just started college. I usually don't write reviews. But I did research on the product after I saw a picture online to see who had the real product. There were many non-authentic ones online. They all said they had real samples of elements in them, but research showed otherwise.

I ordered a Periodic Table which was 'delivered' by Hermes (chosen by Umbaga). The package was left on my porch - in full front of the road despite there being two clearly visible lockable parcel boxes and a large sign on the door to indicate the boxes should be used. The parcel went missing. Umbaga's response was to say it was my fault and to charge me to send a replacement.

TERRIBLE company.

Very low quality product.

Refused a refund, despite proof of return.

Tried to placate me by offering me a "discounted" item - I was not open to receiving another low-quality product.
Then no further communication received from there on in.

Stealing other companies' marketing & advertising, and intellectual property.

I hope the Authorities follow up with this company, and fold it up.

Do NOT buy from this company.

I received a defective product (Periodic Table). They would not replace it! Options given were a 10% refund, a discount on the purchase of a new one. or otherwise I would have to ship the defective product back to China, under my expenses, before they would refund me for the price I had paid, meaning I would have to loose return shipping cost. An absurd!!

Scam companies have gotten good at looking legit, Umbaga is not. $100 for a product which never got delivered. Do not order from this website.
