The umbrella I bought fully corresponds to the description. Excellent quality in good condition. Very comfortable and pleasant to touch handle.

Umbrella Sprecialist provided a quality product in the color that we liked! The crank pulley system and wires make for ease of raising and lowering the umbrella! After ordering our item it only took approximately seven days for the shipment. We do hope this umbrella stands up over time! The quality indicates that it will stand up provided we care for it properly! Thanks Umbrella Specialist!

Customer service was excellent. When I called to check on my order, Charles Lillo, quickly found the paperwork and assured me that he would check on the status and if there were any problems from the manufacturer he would let me know. As it turned there were no problems and when the order shipped I received an email from Charles confirming the shipment and providing me the UPS tracking #. I received my order in a timely manner (even with the impact of Covid-19). My umbrella is exactly what I had hoped it would be (pretty, good quality and ease of opening/ tilting). I would definitively do business with them again and recommend to others.

With the pandemic going on and companies not working at full strength, Umbrellaspecialist did a great job at a competitive price.

Charles took the time to confirm and explain product availability and the expected timing for delivery given the current COVID environment. I'll provide an update after the 7 umbrellas are delivered.

When my husband ordered the base on the website, it clearly said free shipping. We got an invoice that said free shipping. Unfortunately, then we got an email the next day saying that they were going to charge us $271.32 for shipping, which was more than half the cost of the base! When I called the company, they would not stand behind their website and said it was a mistake. As a customer, I do not know that it is a mistake and fully expected the free shipping, and I feel like they should have stood behind what their website was saying (since they are responsible for their website). I will never do business with them again, as I find this to be completely dishonest Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.

Charles is knowledgeable and has a guiding sense in helping choose the correct product to suit our needs. Our cantilever umbrella is perfect for our space. High quality and more than expected. Umbrella Specialist has great customer service and we recommend them to all our friends.

With the weight of the base a white glove delivery option should be offered. Otherwise, great product.

XPO arrived with only the base of my umbrella, the driver apologized and assured me the other pallet would be delivered the next day - that never happened...

For over a week I had to follow up with XPO asking them if they had found my umbrella. Never once did they call me.

I then called Umbrella Specialist to lodge a dispute. They informed me that 72 hours would need to pass before they could ship a replacement.

I heard nothing after the 72 hours so called Umbrella Specialist after 114 hours for an update.

They then agreed to ship a replacement umbrella.

Eventually XPO found the original umbrella. The box was damaged and broken apart but I accepted it anyways. The replacement umbrella will now need to be send back to Umbrella Specialist.

A lot of time was wasted and I'm sure this unnecessary "overhead" is built into the sales price

High quality! My second Galtech umbrella. First one over ten years old, still like new. Sunbrella is outstanding!!

Received the umbrella damaged. I think it was damaged by the shipping company they used.
