I still have not received my order,when you set up an account for me you put on 21 lyon Grove and it should have been 25 and they have not received it.you should have the tracking no. I am very disappointed in your c/s.

Hello Irene- sorry to hear this. I have checked your order. It looks like you may have made a typo and put 21 rather than 25 as this is a free text box for you to type into. Also we did upgrade your order to express tracked service at no extra cost and the delivery tracking shows deliverd No 25 which address provided. We have shared this with you. Once a parcel is deliverd we cannot request it back as its in the hands of the recipient. I hope you understand there is only so much we can do once a parcel has been sent and its not possible to change address errors once the order has been deliverd

Disappointed
Excellent speed of service however the umbrella is advertised as being 1m long but it actually measured only 90cms long so I returned it. It looked a quality product. Easy, free returns process.

Solid, good value umbrellas
Sturdy umbrella delivered to your door for an impressively low price. They do use the dreaded Evri for delivery, which can be horribly hit and miss, but fortunately in my case they just delivered a few days late rather than losing/destroying the umbrella.
