What a scam company!

What a scam! I paid to get a credential for three different insurance companies. I paid $600.But the person did not do anything. I alerted his supervisor, who did not give me my money back.
On top of that, the biller I had only billed half the insurance companies for client sessions. So I lost a lot of money. I brought it to the supervisor's attention. Again, nothing was done to correct this, and we lost lots of money. What a scam company this is.
