This is perfect service. I ordered online and picked up my script from the chemist same day, also only 20 minute drive from home.
Im now not stuck at home all day waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

Same day scripts are a wonder, especially before weekend. Prompt efficient medicine dispensed quick and arrives promptly. Couriers always great. UMEDS a great portal. Great Drs and attentive service. Can't recommend Alternaleaf and their Drs enough.

Click and collect is a fantastic option
Very happy to have the option to click and collect now. If possible it would be great to see what items aren't available at other chemists/pharmacies to help decide on your order or pickup location. E.g. if I add an oil, pastille, and flower, and see that 2/3 are available at a pharmacy near me, remove what is missing and put order through. I'm not aware of TGA rules on this but hey, you're the experts.

Fix your service UMEDS it’s rubbish
Another week has gone by and UMEDS still can’t tell me where my parcel is from Feb the 19th citing I talk to StarTrack and when I talk to StarTrack they tell me to take it up with UMEDS a complete run around by both parties what a joke, oh and it’s been well over 16 months and I’m still waiting for my $340 refund and STILL waiting for the owner to get in touch from the start of the year just like he said he would, there’s been no attempt to rectify this situation or prevent it from happening again, jus typical bot responses, very unprofessional and refuse to take accountability.
