I ordered something from the website…

I ordered something from the website that was meant to be delivered within 3-5 days. It has now been 1o days. I have still not had notification that the order has been despatched. I sent an email to the email address on the order confirmation email info@theirwebsiteaddress and received an autoreply to say that this email was not recognised. I have sent a message via the website to try to get hold of someone. There is no telephone number for the company. There is only one review on Trustpilot, which is from the owner of the business. Please could you investigate whether this company is still trading? If not, they have taken payment from me for an order which they might not be able to fulfil.
