cheaters they are , the stole my TRC and didnt allowed me to get the account credentials .

This is not the best solution to infidelity check, try 𝕀𝕟𝕧𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕠𝕣~~ℝ𝕒𝕛 instead.

Do NOT try to do business with this company! They tell you you have 14 days, but even though their service isn't working for me, they will NOT refund my money. They keep saying that by downloading the program I agreed not to be able to get a refund, that their service not being what it said it would be is not within their refund policy. It is not user friendly. It lists all the text messages that it does show together under the number "unknown" and says all of the messages are outbound. It was really hard to set up in the first place. It doesn't update very frequently. I can't see some of the messages. I'm checking the target phone against what umobix tells me and it misses so much. It's just a terrible and expensive mistake. Oh, and when you're signing up, they force you to take this "extra" support "option" and charge the info you already used for the first purchase without verifying that you want to charge by that method again, and even telling them the second it happened, they still won't refund the money!

On September 29, 2024 I talked to one of the online support people of Umobix and asked if I could get a trial run before I pay for a subscription for umobix.
She (Anne Evans) provided me a link for a 24 hour trial account for .98 $. I paid it and within a minute I saw that my card was charged for another 9.99 $.

Unfortunately that night the target phone was far so I could not install the app. The next day when I logged in to my account it said my subscription was expired. So, I asked the online chat person why was I charged 9.99 $ and now they are saying my subscription is expired?

The support person said it was charged for Premium Support, mind you I never even asked for it let alone agree to pay 10 $ for it. So far It cost me 11 dollar and still I was asked to renew my subscription to access the service.

So I paid 9.99 dollar from the dashboard and was able to see the device activity. But wait turns out it was just renewal of trial account so I couldn't actually see any message or activity. Why would I want to renew a 24 hour trial account which doesn't let you see anything?

It's not like there was an option for full subscription and trial subscription, there was only one option. Umobix just took my money, even stole the 9.99 $ in the name of premium support which I never knew or asked or agreed to pay. I guess all of the subscribers are conned into paying for premium support.

This is one shi**y company. When I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me they just said it was all my fault. Can you imagine what kind of low life company this is?
