I booked an Umrah package hoping for a…
I booked an Umrah package hoping for a smooth and spiritual journey but sadly the experience was far from what we expected. The hotel we were promised at the time of booking was not given to us. Instead we were shifted to a completely different hotel that didn’t meet even basic standards. It was uncomfortable and not clean. It felt like no one really cared once payment was made.
Umrah is a spiritual journey and the last thing you want is to be dealing with unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to others based on my experience.

This was the most efficient and quality rated serviced me and my family received as frequent traveller. I would strongly recommend this company to friends and family and commend it for finding value for money hotels and flights.
