We had a highly disappointing experience with this company regarding a baggage delivery service scheduled for June 2. Despite being assured by their representative that our booking was confirmed, they backed out at the last minute, leaving us in a very difficult situation with our client. This kind of last-minute cancellation after confirmation is completely unacceptable and reflects serious disorganisation and poor internal communication.

Even worse, when we sought urgent support to find a solution, the representative blocked us on WhatsApp—without any explanation or effort to assist. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable in any business setting.

This was not an isolated incident either; we experienced instances of incomplete and misleading information throughout the booking process. As a result, their unreliability and lack of accountability directly affected our operations and damaged our credibility with our client.

We do not recommend working with this company if you value clear communication, professionalism, and dependability. This experience has made it clear that they cannot be trusted to deliver consistent or responsible service.

This business is a lifesaver!. Very punctual. Very fair price. I was traveling by train from Edinburgh to Glasgow between Air BnB rentals. I wanted to explore around the train station in Glasgow, but I would have had to drag mat luggage around with me while waiting for my rental check in time. Instead - our bags got picked up right on time and dropped of at our next rental right on time. Couldn't ask for more!

Person who met us at the airport to pick up our bags was extremely friendly. Gave us some advice for getting into town and overall tips on the city

Unbaggaged was a perfect option for us when we traveled up to Edinburgh for the Fringe on the overnight sleeper train from London. Our bags were picked up just outside the station leaving us free to start seeing shows that morning. We then met the driver in the afternoon at our accommodation once we were able to check in. It was brilliantly hassle free. We used it in the same way (in reverse) for our return journey. Great idea, good communication and a really useful service. Will definitely use again

Got my bags picked up from Waverley station and what a blessing it was! I booked online and booked the time my train arrived so got off the train and my unbagggaed driver was right outside waiting for me. Allowed me to jump straight into touring around Edinburgh castle and Royal mile baggage free. Will definitely be using again when I’m back - need this in more locations!

Best luggage storage I have come across. Unbaggaged picked my bags up right from my airbnb and stored them for the day until I needed to leave later at the station. They came right on time and allowed me to walk around without my bags. Great price for this service would highly reccomend!

The pick-up driver did not understand where he was meant to take my luggage. This made me very uncomfortable leaving my belongings with him. Luckily when I called the help line they we able to reassure me.

This is the greatest service!! I HIGHLY recommend Unbaggaged. I went on a tour for 6 days and couldn't take my large bag with me. They came and picked it up and delivered it to my new location. The driver even carried it up 2 flights of stairs for me! AMAZING!!!!

This is a great service! We had a difficult time finding the pickup location at the airport and the place we asked to be picked up later was not very convenient for them, but they made it happen anyway. We had 7 hours to kill before being able to check-in our Airbnb so being able to do a tour without the hassle of our luggage was wonderful!

Fabulous… exactly what I needed at the time.
They organised a taxi to collect me and my bags from the airport. I was taken to my destination and they took care of my luggage for 3 days… they even organised to drop my bag to me at a different hotel!

I had quite a well experience while using your service because it made me easier to reduce a load of my belonging during my trip to Glasgow. From the time of booking, until my baggage was dropped off to me again, I found no issue as the website is user-friendly and simple.

we had a suitcase in storage for 1 week. The booking was very easy. Pickup and delivery were on time. The SMS in advance was very useful too. I can definitely recommend the service.
I only have a small suggestion; to change the format of the confirmation email so it looks more userfriendly when printed out on paper. Other than that all impressively good

My colleague and I arrived in Edinburg on Saturday morning to look around with an idea to take a train to Glasgow (where we had a hotel and a conference to attend) in the evening. Only when we Landin in Edinburg I realised that we would need to spend all day with three bags. I knew about Unbaggaged and Janani, the founder, before. So I just messaged her and asked if she could help. She sent me a link to the app. It was so so simple. The taxi met us in 15 (!) minutes and brought us and our bags to the city centre. We left our bags with the taxi driver and had a fantastic day in Edinburg. We were supposed to collect our bags at the train station at 7 pm, but we were having a late dinner, so I just adjusted the time to 8 pm and at the restaurant. A taxi with our bags picked us up there and took us to the train station. The best experience ever! Thank you, Unbaggaged and Janani. I can't recommend this service more.

Easy to schedule online and the pick up and delivery were right on time. We didn't want to carry our luggage around Edinburgh while we waited for our car rental time. So Unbaggaged was the perfect answer. Would use it again in a heartbeat.

So happy to have a better luggage storage option ready and waiting in Edinburgh! It was lovely not to have to backtrack TO my luggage location and have it brought to me at the train depot, instead.

Pick up and drop off we’re exactly when and where they were supposed to be.

Don’t rely on phone calls for international travelers to connect with drivers - consider an in-app notification/messaging system instead.

I had some difficulty editing my profile info (wrong country code default on phone number) and changing pick up times, however, support was very responsive and changes were made as needed.

“Unbagged” is an awesome concept and once a few service flexibilities are worked out, it will take off. I would consider using it again when next in Edinburgh and look forward to its expansion.

Our bag was picked up at the Edinburgh airport. We had a hotel booked in downtown Edinburgh and the Unbaggaged driver offered to drive us to our hotel. We needed the bag dropped off a week later at a hotel by the Edinburgh airport, and we were notified that the driver was about 10 minutes away, and the drop off was on time.
