Apart from Epic Games not unbanning me thus far the customer service has been great and extremely friendly i hope that i will eventually get unbanned with the help of this service though as far as that goes i dont have very high hopes since my case is a bit different, if youre a new buyer or deciding to buy i would definantly give it a shot since the cheapest package is only 30 bucks and can get you a far way

After getting recently banned in one of my favorite games I was desparate. That's why I decided to get some help.

Now reasons I give negative grade here, and hopefully I will save you your hardearned money:

-Not really prompt to provide 'message' for you. In my experience they took much longer than the game support did to reply. More often than not longer that 24 hours. I did indeed buy most expensive package hoping for higher priority as mentioned but not really satisfactory.
-Quality of the ticket/message is nothing spectacular. Even some parts can really look as what would guilty person say... which is not really helpful if you try to defend yourself. Also at times ticket will look as if it came out of ChatGPT. Now I dont have anything against it, and even think its good way to improve the quality, but not without mayor involvement from a real person as well.
-They do not provide any special tips on the apeal process itself. Yes there is guide how to appeal on their website, but what I meant is something between the lines. Like best timing to appeal, maybe using some different channel (writting to sales instead of support) or something like that.
-All conversation is going through email, you do not have account on the website to track progress or anything like that. So at times such communication can be cumbersome.
-Effectively, instead of you having conversation and battle with game support, you end up having the battle on two fronts. Instead of you taking time to write appeal, you spend it to write to Unbanster...

So summary, if you can write a polite and rescpectful message to game support, you don't need this service. There is no magic here, if you really messed up you will not get unbanned. If you could do anything about the ban you can do it yourself as well. My experience with Unbanster is that I just spent much more time as I had two parties to communicate with. My review is irrelevant from perspective of unban being successful or not (which it was not in this case), just reviewing their service.

Their service is very good especially their writing, I think even with my standard, i can’t write as good as them. My account was permanently banned for using a version of imorph that had a menu. Blizzard cs closed my tickets saying they have evidence I was hacking for about a month and the people at unbanster helped me by writing my tickets for me, honestly I would have given up based on the responses I recieved from blizz long ago. After a month of trying blizz FINALLY sent my account to the security team for review yesterday and my permanent ban was reduced to a 6 month suspension, and with the help of unbanster I hope to pursue a fairer punishment.

When your account gets banned DO NOT CONTACT BLIZZARD. Instead contact unbanster and get the best package. tell them honestly what you did to get banned and let them make the first response. Once you have the first letter from unbanster make a ticket and send it to blizzatd exactly what they send you. REPEAT THIS! You will get a bunch of copy and paste responses from blizzard about how they wont change the ban but after you open enough tickets you will get someone that actually looks into your account and that's your best chance to get the account unmanned.

If you get banned use unbanster it's your best chance, and ignore the people saying it doesn't work because it just worked for me. I'm so happy to have my account back.
