Called regarding blocked driain outside from kitchen sink. Man called next day did not quote price took less than half an hour to remove blockage with water jet. Unnecessarily removed front grids and charged £390 We are pensioners and cannot afford this amount but realise we should have asked for a quote first.Do not use this firm they are rip off cowboys and should be stopped.

Don't bother with them, called them to clear a blocked drain I was told they would come on the Wednesday they never came called them back and was told they would definitely come on the Saturday they gave me a time never showed rang them back was told yes definitely coming they never bothered. Wasted 2 days sitting around

Called them out when noticed that our man hole was backing up with with sewage. Talking to all local neighbours I could, they stated they did not have any issues... This made me assume (now I know wrongly) the problem was with my drains. The only positive was they did come on that day (called at lunch and out by 6:00PM).
They then quoted me £240 to put their high pressure hose system down the man hole, explaining it will be this cost even it can't be fixed. He couldn't fix it and suggested to call the water board...
From here, this is why I feel so let down. Was told I would get an invoice and report emailed and despite chasing multiple times. Nothing. I need this to ask the neighbours to share the cost.. As yes, you guessed it, the one neighbour I couldn't get hold of earlier, then mentioned they also had a problem....
Spoke to the waterboard and they said that they will always come out if you and a neighbour have a drainage issue (the fact you both have the issue is the trigger). They did, the next day, and fixed the problem with little fuss and 0 charge...
I will happily revise this review if the company is 1) Willing to send me the invoice and report I feel my £240 should has paid for! And 2) Starts to offer advice to customers about first contacting the waterboard and ensuring all immediate neighbours are consulted before they come out. At no point was this mentioned by either the call centre or drainage engineer when onsite and doing his "free" estimate. Be warned........

Got this company to unblock my downstairs toilet.could not unblock it .put camera down drain to reveal broken pipe.came back next morning dug up garden down to the pipe ,replaced pipe put soil back.mornimgs work .my bill £3800.moral of the review get more than one quote I have since been told it should have only been £1000 .

Called for blocked drain was told I would get a call within 10mins from an engineer. 2hrs later called to see why no one had called me. This time a man called back and said that they would come between 5-6pm to have a look and give me a quote. 1st call to them was at 1.30pm it is now almost 7pm no one has come or called to say they are running late. I wasted an afternoon hanging around waiting on them. After reading the reviews on here I'm starting to think I have had a very lucky escape! Will now start looking for a company with better reviews.

I asked for a survey for all the pipes , showing me where and how deep the pipes were at each location. This was done with professional equipment and a very knowledgable engineer. All questions were answered to my satisfaction.
The standard charge of £275 was worth every penny. I would rate the job as a 10/10.

Rang cos I had a blocked drain was given a time from 10.30 to 1.30 arrived at 6.clock I tuck the down fall pipe off for him 10 minutes to clear the pipe £318 pound later had to clean up after him and put the down fall pipe back on and thay want paying straight away IAM in the wrong business

Having called this company out this morning they came out to look at my blocked drain.

The engineer said that the costs would be £294 inclusive of vat for him wash out the drains, which I thought was excessive.

However he then informed me it was a ball blocking the drain and he then pulled out the said blockage.

I was then informed it was the still the same price of £294 for 10 minutes work!!

I called the main office to be totally abused and swore at in total tirade- absolutely shocking..

Please please keep away from this company - shocking and completely out of order!!

Would like to be able to review them further, however after multiple calls and promises that "the engineer will call you in the next 10 mins" I still haven't received a call. Will use someone else..

They said that they will call out the same day.No body arrived.Had to call them.Next day and £174 lighter toilet was unblocked.Within 2 days toilet was completely blocked again.Numerous calls to to get them to return failed .Nobody ever called me back.Got someone else to do the job properly.It has now been OK for two months.If you want poor service call Unblock drains today.

We were told the charge was £145 for up to 3 hours to jet/ unblock . These chaps lost a piece of equipment in the pipe work and tried to charge us £100 plus the quoted £145 plus vat for the jetting and lost equipment The owner called back after we had paid and ranted for 9 minutes … I wish I had simply hung up… it transpires the blockage was not in the location they suggested and had they jetted the drains in the correct location jetting would have unblocked the pipe and we would not now be dealing with the repair of a damaged pipe… damaged by these chaps not correctly assessing the location of a joint…

Attended when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do.

No way of escalating issues with the company (ie) no customer service centre. This will be my first and last experience with this company. Got quoted one price of £225 however, if there were issues with a second drain the price would increase to £275. Twenty minutes after arriving at my property the engineer knocked on my door to say the job was complete. He then informed me that the second drain was blocked so it would be the higher quote. The engineer did not show me the issues with the second drain, which concerned me however, it was too late to challenge. I would not recommend this company to anyone, be careful.

Rang the company specifying an emergency with my external drainage system. The person on the phone explained that someone would be out today and they would call back. After a few hours without reply and calling back myself I had an apology and was told someone would be out shortly. After another call it was agreed the job would be complete first thing in the morning. After waiting and calling again another engineer finally rang me explaining he could not make today. Not happy at all with the lack of customer service.

Unable to provide names for the company owner so no escalation path. Use only if you have megabucks and money to burn.

They operate on standard price only but wont give you a price over the phone. They did send an engineer (Craig) -ended up paying £425 for a 40 minute job.

Craig arrived but claimed 'just to be an engineer' could not nothing about the price. Be very very careful. Count your fingers after dealing with them.

Absolutely fantastic! Call back received within an hour of posting a message through website. Craig came at 8.15am the next morning, as promised. He tried everything possible to flush out drains and fully explained everything he was doing and the costs involved. He took every precaution to prevent more sewage coming up through shower and bath. Nothing was budging so he had to take waste pipe off back of toilet and was here 1 and 1/2 hours. He mopped up so much sewage from the bathroom (all with a smile) and took care running hose across carpets and removed shoes. He checked all sinks, toilets, bath and shower to check water flowing to main sewer and resealed toilet pipes before leaving. Extremely professional and efficient. An absolutely horrible job but he wasn't phased at all and was extremely polite and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you - our house no longer smells like there's a dead body under the floorboards and we are fully informed about the water system and where different waste and water flows across our property.

Waist of time. Been misled twice with arrival time and the third time no response. Completely useless!
