I’m a UK customer and would strongly caution others before ordering directly from Unbloo.

The product itself did not perform as advertised when used as directed. When I attempted to return it, I was informed after purchase that returns must be sent to Australia at my own expense. A tracked return costs roughly £15–£20, which is around 50–60% of the purchase price — something that would absolutely have affected my decision to buy.

While their policy contains wording like “UK or Australia warehouse availability dependent,” this is not presented clearly or prominently before checkout. The overall impression of the website and social media presence suggests a UK/London-based operation, which reasonably leads UK customers to expect UK returns.

To add to this, the same product is available on Amazon for around £11, compared with ~£30+ on their website.

I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this reasonably (UK return, partial refund, prepaid return). All were refused. I was repeatedly offered a small “goodwill” discount instead, while being told international return was my only option.

I’ve now escalated the matter via my card provider and submitted a complaint to the UK Advertising Standards Authority regarding misleading presentation and omission of material information.

Posting this so other UK buyers can make an informed decision.
