The Joghurt came all around
The Joghurt came all around, one of ceramic pots was not packed carefully and spilled over the contents. Very sad.
Please think that when such products are transferred unprotected they tend to get damaged. Such packets need a direction indication how they should be placed and that the are fragile even if no glass.
Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. You are right — we should have been more cautious with the packaging of this particular item. As a new shop, comments like yours are very valuable and do help us improve. We have refunded the value of both yogurts and are updating our process to avoid similar issues in the future.
Thank you again for your trust.

Good taste
Good taste, but I was expecting more of a resin flavor as Tsantali Retsina, Kourtaki retsina or other typical Retsina wine.

Bringing back happy Greek holiday memories!
Came back from a Greek holiday and missed the biscuits we enjoyed back in our room post pool session so decided to try to track some down. Came across Unbox Greece and the whole process of ordering and delivery direct from Athens, has been seamless. Our biscuits arrived well packaged and with an extra baklava treat which was hugely appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them. ευχαριστώ 😊

Reasonable prices
Reasonable prices, including the shipping costs.
Products' quality is good.
Disadvantage - If you choose "Normal shipping" you never get a link to follow your parcel. It can cause problems sometimes.

Thank you for your positive words about our prices and product quality—and for pointing out the tracking issue.
For “Normal Shipping” we currently send a pick-up confirmation, and our courier follows up with a separate email that contains your tracking link. We’re sorry this second email didn’t reach you.
We’re already updating our system so the tracking link will appear directly in our own confirmation message as well.
Thanks again for helping us improve!

I did my first order of greek products…
I did my first order of greek products on unboxgreece.com and I'm certainly not disappointed. The order arrived very briefly (from Greece to France) and the items were nicely packed. Besides there is an enormous variety of food items you can find online. Also I've been updated very easily in order to track my order. I absolutely recommend it !

Cold items damaged
The styrofoam holding cold goods was broken, and so things inside arrived rather damaged and too warm to be safely consumed. Otherwise, remaining items arrived safely and were delicious!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that some of the items didn’t arrive in good condition. This is far from the level of service we aim to provide.
We take packaging and transport seriously, and we’re already reviewing how to prevent this in the future. I’ve also contacted you directly to offer a full solution.
Thank you again for your support — I hope we can turn this around for you.
Warm regards,
Nikos from Unbox Greece
