Please don't order from this website. it's a 100% fraud website.
I ordered a black Magic Keyboard for iPad on 7th feb 2026,(order-KL23320448UN) but instead I got a white coloured one, couldn't accept it as my iPad is black.
same day I sent a emails to support that please initiate refund or replace as it is incorrect product, but to my surprise the support email is shut down. only support channel is what's app which takes its own sweet time.
what's app support told me it will take 4-5 days just to verify and reply to my request.
I waited patiently on 5th day they say, sorry team will look into this in 48hours more !!!
please be advised this was clearly a wrong product sent !! and they just have to check the colour. sent them photos and complete unboxing video.
will be moving to consumer helpline now .

First of all the are saying it's brand new product that means original warrenty but first of all the product got stuck in chennai itself for a long time when I contacted customer care they told kindly contact bluedart but bluedart told it will not get delivered the one of my family frnd received from Chennai and send through flight by some passenger. And now when I checked it it's not working...... Totally frawd . Please don't buy . Totally money wasted.

Received Samsung 45w charger at a good price. Charger working as expected.

I have ordered multiple items from Unboxify. The products do reach on time and they do recommend that you take the video of the unboxing of the product so that they can help in the replacement issues. I have had not issues with the products I have ordered. The WhatsApp responses are a little slow but they do respond. I have never had any issues with the product or the replacement requests that I have raised.

I am very happy with the Altax ThinkNote AI Voice Recorder. It is extremely sleek. It is well protected by a sturdy cover. I found it easy to start it for first use. Though initially I wondered how to do so, once the app was downloaded on the cell, things worked easily. This is a gadget that will help anybody who has to write, take notes, attend seminars or even record telephonic discussions. A must buy for today's world!!

I have bought two tablets from unboxify and both the times the products were almost new like , no scratches, no dent , the battery health was also excellent, not a single issue till date , just like new . The in-box products like the adapter and pen were also in the box and work completely fine . Atleast for the tablets, I can say , unboxify gives a good deal .

The products are genuine and in my case , i had bought an apple watch which was showing 10 months warranty but in actuals it was complete 12 months warranty. I will buy more products in future from this website. Keep saving people’s money god speed unboxify

Purchased an Apple pencil pro. Completely satisfied with the product. An open box unused pencil at a discounted price. An absolute bargain. Would certainly purchase more items from the site Unboxify when needed.

I recently purchased the Evofox Deck smartphone gamepad from Unboxify, and overall, my experience has been good. The ordering process was smooth, and the product was delivered safely and on time. The gamepad itself feels solid and well built. The buttons are responsive, the joysticks are smooth, and the overall grip is comfortable even during long gaming sessions. Connectivity with both Android and iPhone was easy, and the Bluetooth connection is stable with no noticeable lag during gameplay.

The RGB lighting and backlit controls add a nice premium touch, and the dual vibration motors make the gaming experience more immersive. I placed Order #KL23312318UN for Ant Esports H590 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, USB Wired Over-Ear Headphones with 50mm Drivers, Noise Cancelling Mic, Red LED, Soft Earmuffs, for PC, PS5, Xbox, Laptop. I received the item on 31-jan-2026 7.00 pm and it was not working from the same day. I raised a return/complaint on same day but the return request was declined with the reason “technical issues—visit brand-authorized service centre.”

This is a defective product received on delivery, and I am requesting a resolution: replacement or refund.
