Was kept informed from purchase to delivery. The braclet was received very wuickly.
It was a gift from my grandson to my son.
My son loved it !!!

Service was friendly. The products arrived very quickly and efficiently. The beads were exceptional with the names exactly as required. I was so pleased that I ordered additional smaller beads for my wife.

This bracelet is Fab! I put my sons names, a bible verse, and USA to remind me of my priorities in life!

I had ordered a bracelet for my husband for Father's Day. One of the links had broken. I contacted their Customer Support and emailed them a photo of the broken piece. They immediately went into action and are now sending me a new bracelet. Their customer service team is great to work with and I am very satisfied with this company.

The company is true to their word I order a bracelet for my husband at the popular size this was a surprise for him not knowing it was not the right size it was hurtful when he got it and it didn't fit but the company came through and sent us another size and oh my goodness to see the reaction on my husband face when it came and it fit was priceless ☺️would I order again yes most definitely this company is understanding and compassionate and I thank you so much for that♥️

Developed a problem with my leather bracelet within 6 months of purchase. Contacted the vendor, who immediately responded and advised that a replacement bracelet would be dispatched to me to replace the faulty one. The new replacement bracelet arrived within two weeks, no fuss, no bother, great customer service!

I purchased the LUMINESSA I Perched Bracelet as a gift for my husband, but unfortunately, it was too small. I reached out to customer service multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was repeatedly told that my concerns would be checked and that they would get back to me. Despite my persistence, I never received a response.

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Not only was the bracelet the wrong size, but the lack of communication and assistance from customer service has left me feeling like I've wasted my money. I had high hopes for this product, but the poor service has made it a regrettable purchase.

i bought this bracelet for my husband for fathersday with our 6 kids names on it and he absolutely loves it. awesome gift and done very nicely a subtle personalized piece he can wear anytime.

I had a slight issue with the bracelet I bought - one of the links was spread a bit and the bracelet came apart. So I put it back together, squeezed the link closed with a pliers, and it's fine. Luminessa was very responsive when I told them about it, I sent them a picture of the link before I fixed it, and they wanted to send me a new bracelet. I told them that wasn't necessary, that I fixed my original. They gave me a 20% off discount for my next order. I believe this is an honorable company to do business with on-line and their customer service and follow up is excellent. I think you can buy from them with trust.

*****Just received my replacement order! I will say that THIS BRACELET is what I ordered! All the names were correctly engraved, they were all in the right direction, and there was a clasp! It's a very beautiful bracelet and thank you guys for making it right quickly.

Put in an order that SAID it would be in time for Father's Day. Just got it today with missing links, one name link is backwards and upside down. There is also no clasp.

Didn’t arrive in time for Father’s Day
Now it’s arrived and it’s cheap quality
And two of the names face the complete other way and cannot be seen when wearing the bracelet!
It’s pointless to have the personalisation of you can’t even see it

I ordered a bracelet for father's day. Ordered it nearly two weeks before father's day and it's still not here even though they said delivery would of been on the Tues, 5 days before father's day. (Shipped from China!) Now I'm left with no gift and it's now too late to order something else customized. Customer service is terrible you get told someone will get back to you and they don't.
Never ordering from here again!
