Fast ship. Excellent quality

This charger works fabulous with my Apple phone. Has the rubber on the cord at the end so as not to break as easy like the other brands. It’s worth the monies I paid. Keep up the great works.

Perfect fit just what I needed

Exactly what I was looking for works perfect in my vehicle

This was my first experience with unbreakcable.com. I received the product I ordered but the experience with the company has room for improvement which is why I gave the 3 out of 5 rating. Here is why:

1) While placing the order and as I just confirmed the order, I got a pop up window offering further discount on the order. However, since the order was placed, the discount could not have been applied. I emailed the support and they suggested that "discount has a setting error." They did offer a discount code for my next purchase, but why do I need another cable any time soon if their product is unbreakable?! Their website needs better design so that these errors would not happen.

2) Shortly after placing the order on Aug 25th, I received an email about the shipment of the order. However, I did not receive a tracking number in this email or on the order details page on their website. I sent an email on Aug 28th asking for the tracking number and they replied on Aug 31th providing me with the tracking number, but also claimed that the order was shipped on the 24th which would have been impossible since I placed the order on the 25th!! So, needless to say, none of these should have happened. The tracking number should have been provided with the shipment confirmation email or at least appeared on the order information page under my account on their website.

3) I ordered the newer version of their iphone charging cables with the latest C89 standard. Just before ordering these from unbreakcable.com, I had ordered the older C49 cables from Amazon by mistake as I wasn't aware of the standard change. On unbreakcable.com, they refer to these cables with different names. The C49 products are called "Beta Silvery Lightning Cable" and C89 cables are called "Nylon Braided [C89] Lightning to USB-A Cable." However, after receiving both products, I noticed that they both come in the same packing with the name "BETA Lightning to USB cable" with no mention of the standard anywhere in the packaging materials. This made me wonder if they sent me the correct product. After comparing the wires, which look very similar in colour and branding, I noticed that on the C89 cable, the Lightning end is a bit bigger than the previous version which I received from Amazon. To clarify this for customers, they need to be consistent with the product names they use on their website and the packaging of products they deliver to customer or at least they need to have a little sticker on the packaging of the C89 products mentioning the standard supported.

I am happy I received the products as all the earlier hiccups with the website made me wonder if the website is legitimate and whether I will ever receive my order. I hope the cables I ordered live up to their unbreakable promise. I also hope that the company improves the experience it provides to its customers in the future.
