I got a grinder with the silky smooth upgrade, but unfortunately the smell made me very nauseous. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one (with no upgrade) free of charge! Beyond grateful and they were very understanding about my situation.

The customer service is incredible, there was small mistake in my order and they were so quick and helpful to fix it. Also the toy quality is excellent and worth having them shipped overseas!
