Amazing products and amazing people.

Responds fast to emails, very transparent in the process of making the product. Easy process overall; very amazing product.

I made a mistake with the Shop app Uncover uses to power their transactions and tracking which ended up causing my address to not be filled out completely. This caused a lot of problems with Royal Mail keeping it within their system and not sending it back to Uncover until like two weeks into the process.

Despite this all, even when I grew a little impatient with the situation, Jade (the owner) and Uncover as a whole, were incredibly helpful in providing me with all the information they could. Ultimately when they received it back, it was sent back to me immediately and it arrived really quickly.

Aside from the customer service, which was amazing, their products are of the same quality. As a semi-beginner, especially in the fantasy section, their toys have been amazing to use and I've already ordered more. The customization options are incredible and the information about each option is easily found on their site with actual helpful insights.

The product is spectacular. I really enjoyed it and loved the surprise gift! Highly recommended.

I had to wait 2 months for my items to get here. They have send me countless emails that they are overwhelmed and hired more people to keep up with their orders and their site and email keeps you up to date regarding the order. However when my items finally arrived I saw that there was an item missing. Please note that I had to pay extra taxes on this item to get it from the UK to inside the EU as well as a handling fee. I felt very scammed at first since the items that did arrive were missing a feature

Update: They contacted me the very next day saying they were sorry and offered to send the missing item without any extra charges.
I do not know a lot of business that replied to me so quickly after something was wrong. Jade explained that everything in the order is hand picked and it was a genuine human error. I was very pleased with the customer support and how quickly the mistake was resolved (less than 24h)

Over all great experience

Quality of the toy was excellent and communication between me and the team was too. I really appreciated how open and transparent they were about the delays. Overall, it was a really great experience and I will be buying from them again.

EDIT : With such a bad faith answer, I feel compelled to edit :
- I'm visually impaired
- I bought a thing and some of it was missing, only thing customer service could offer was a first bitchy answer and a second agreable one, with a 20£ coupon I won't use because it barely covers the overprice (but that's fair game)
- the taxes, parcel fees and conversion rate makes it unclear all the way through
- now frack off with your whiny "internet is harsh boo-hoo"

Jade is amazing! I bugged them a few times and received messages back almost instantly. The communication was amazing! My items were more than I imagined!! Will definitely purchase from them again.

My experience with them was fantastic! It was my first time buying a toy, so I left a note requesting a surprise color and mentioned that I didn't want anything too bright, as I didn’t want to scare my husband at first glance. They really paid attention to my notes and chose a stunning purple color that I absolutely love. To my surprise, they also included an extra toy! The quality of the toys is outstanding. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Great service and extremely high quality items, support on both reddit and emails were extremely useful with addressing any order issues I had such as post office deliveries and promo codes. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for high quality items of this nature.

The synstyl grinder is a very nice grinder. It is shaped like a huge vagina with multiple labia curves and angles for many directions. It has good weight and firmness. It’s firm enough to push strongly against but soft enough to provide the right amount of flexibility and give. I got the super soft with the smoothing additive. When using some lube the surface becomes slippery and is very pleasurable to ride. Every girl needs one single or married.

Excellent products and customer service. I ordered in the middle of a Instagram induced surge and they were really communicative and honest about the backlog. Despite the odds, I received my order within a week and I'm so delighted with it.

Products are good quality. All arrived nicely, no residue or damage. All comfortable to use, well detailed and easy to clean.
