Ashamer @ashamer1 who is an admin in their telegram support room has helped me more than once when I had questions or issues (which were both time my fault not UNCX). Go UNCX!

We are working with uncx.network since more than 3 years now. We never had any issue with their tech nor their support. Its totally worth the money and has been the best service we ever used. Furthermore the exclusivity to get badges on Dextools, GeckoTerminal and dexscreener, simply a must use!

They removed (1%) of our liquidity pool for them. This wasn't clear. They should burn all the token that they removed. They get already high fees.

It’s very important to know that they will take (1%) of your liquidity pool. This is hidden in the bottom and not showing clearly. So, your liquidity will not 100% locked. Also, they will come again to remove the liquidity and harm your token. Then again, they will sell your tokens and harm all the investors. You should know you will not only pay 0.2 BNB which already more expensive than the other locks. But there’s another hidden percentage.

Their support is top notch in defi. I was having issue locking my LP with weird error. John from UNCX support admin guide me to mitigate the error I encountered.

Super fast response time, and availability. Helped me resolve my issue, and helped me explain what was going on better. John is da man!

There was a bug affecting my token; the bug didn't come from the smart contract, so it was nothing major from the utility perspective; still, it was preventing me from accessing it from the admin access (and this was the major issue for me as I use UNCX for this feature).

After spending three weeks discussing the problem,
(1) The first week was understandable as it was a new year, so I expect a delay.
(2) The second week, it was delayed again.
(3) The third week was also delayed again, but they got what the bug was.

After looking into the bug, I received a message saying they are unsure when they can give me an exact date to fix it. So they've decided to refund me instead.

Overall, UNCX itself is pretty good at providing a feature for your tax token (if you want to implement a 0.x% tax). The support responses were also fast. Then again, you probably should talk or discuss your token with them first before making it to prevent my case from happening again (as the bug was considered new).

Hopefully, the bug will get fixed ASAP.

The team is very responsive! I recently had an issue and question that needed answering. The team not only dealt with me very professionally, they took some time to educate me a bit further on how their platform works. Absolute chads in my book, keep up the amazing work!
