I had to return what I'd ordered through no fault of Undercover. Their customer service team was extremely helpful and understanding and gave me a full refund. They're products are gorgeous and I look forward to hopefully buying another one (which I don't intend to return!) in the future. Top marks all round

Very quick postage, gorgeous designs.

This is my second time purchasing, order arrived rapidly and as per usual the sheets are soft, clean and gorgeous.

Initially I was hesitant spending so much on a duvet set. However, i cannot argue with the result from the Jane. This is the best duvet set I've ever had; its cool, comfortable and very aesthetically perfect.

Will be purchasing another in a few months for christmas.

Beautiful bed linen and excellent delivery service

I absolutely love this duvet cover! It is so chic not to mention comfortable and soft. It's also really easy to slide a duvet into. I've noticed other brands use buttons but Undercover uses a zipper. Although, I've never used a duvet cover with buttons, I already feel like a zipper closure is just easier. I definitely plan to get the plain jane cover as well. My only other feedback is I thought the charcoal side would be darker -- more like a black but it's a dark gray. I'm not complaining, it just looks more black in certain photos. Also shipping to the US wasn't cheap and it took about a week, but this makes sense because of the c word and it had to come from the UK to the US. Overall, I love the duvet cover and Undercover has excellent customer service!

Worth every single penny. Got here in no time at all. Beautiful, crisp, cool and warm once inside. Absolute perfection.

There was almost no plastic in sight except for the plastic envelope it came in. Maybe consider paper bags like Thought clothing or rapanui?

In love with my new bedding! These aren't the cheapest but they do deliver in terms of quality. Experiencing Tencel has really opened my eyes beyond plain cotton. I bought the full Ponto set and it looks so good on the bed. Also like the versatility of the two-sided design. I’ve washed them a few times and so far so good.
