Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 49 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the product, highlighting its exceptional quality, comfort, and durability. Many people appreciate how well the undershirts fit, stay tucked in, and effectively wick away sweat, making them ideal for various climates and as an invisible layer under dress shirts. Reviewers frequently mention that these undershirts are the best they have ever owned, often replacing their entire wardrobe with them due to their long-lasting nature and superior feel. However, some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, reporting difficulties in receiving responses to their inquiries about returns, order issues, or quality concerns, and noting a lack of accessible contact numbers. A few other people also felt that the product material was too thin, felt synthetic, or did not adequately resist odors, and some experienced issues with sizing or seams separating after initial use.

Updated review: I did not love the undershirts. They fit and they are as advertised, but too thin for my taste. Also I’m used to cotton and this feels very differently. It’s not for everyone. I... See more

Satisfied customer

I have 4 V neck undershirts purchased over a year ago and have worn them under a variety of shirts through varied year round climate conditions. I launder them with other whites, warm/cold, delicate setting. I air dry them on hangers. As such, they remain as new.

Awesome shirts but not colorfast.

I have been wearing these t-shirts for around three years now. I love them. However, every one that I have purchased has turned a dingy grey color. I thought perhaps it was how they were washed, but even the cheapest Hanes t-shirt stayed whiter after multiple washes. I am experimenting w/ other brands and will compare them over time after multiple washings. I don’t mind the price of the shirt and customer service has always been top-notch. Last year they replace a few shirts for me and I was grateful. But the end result was the same. I just want my white shirts to stay white after dropping $25/shirt.

Thanks!

So much better than others, they’re game-changers.

UnderFit underwear is by far the most comfortable, best fitting and (therefore) best looking boxer briefs I’ve tried - and I’ve tried a number of upscale brands. The material and cut are perfect, providing comfy support while never feeling too tight. They just stay in place and you forget they’re there - avoiding the cinching or folding over waistbands that I’ve experienced with other brands.

The undershirts are similarly excellent. A tight yet light and soft non-constrictive fit and feel, never bunching up under an Oxford.

And they last incredibly well, I’ve worn both the briefs and undershirts for a couple of years now. UnderFit is a game-changer for me, no way I’m going back to conventional cotton underwear.

Quality and customer service has diminished.

First order of 5 shirts last year were awesome, however, the recent order resulted in poorer quality. Three shirts were a dingy, grey color and the other two were fine.
I emailed my concerns and have yet to hear anything back. I believe the quality control has diminished.

Hey Christopher,

I'm sorry we didn't get back to you, but we did not receive your email. Please email me directly at Paul@UnderFit.com. I've sold tens of thousands of undershirts and never have had anyone have the shirts turn grey. I'm wondering if they might have been washed with another clothing item that bled its color a bit.

We'll make it right when you email me! Thank you

Good customer service- not happy with product

My experience was great from a customer service perspective - it is the product. I ordered 5 shirts and paid a premium for what I thought was a premium product. Two of the five shirts started pilling after a few months. Called UnderFit and they replaced the two shirts- great customer service. Now all shirts are pilling and it has been less than a year. Maybe my expectations of product are too high....

This is the most comfortable t-shirt I…

This is the most comfortable t-shirt I have ever worn. My only reservation, and it is not really a negative, is that it is out of my price range. Just like many would rather drive a Bentley rather than a Buick, but cannot afford it, I wish all of my underwear was UnderFit. When I hit the big lottery, it will be.

The best undershirts

The service is top notch, and the shirts last. I bought my first one a few years ago and I still have every single shirt I purchased. I am terrible at doing the laundry, and I have never ruined a single shirt.

These last and last and don't wear out

I went all in an bought 10 of the v-neck shirts almost 2 years ago. I wear one 5 or 6 days per week. They still look and feel almost like the first time I wore them. No shrinkage. Shape has stayed the same close body fit throughout.

Prior brands of shirts I would have to discard after 6 to 12 months because of undue perspiration stains or losing shape. Not these.

Great company with amazing customer service

We love these undershirts and this company! Originally, I had ordered undershirts to surprise my husband. After picking the wrong size, Paul helped me resolve the issue to make sure my husband got the right size before our upcoming vacation. We had one other issue come up with the shirt and Paul, the owner, personally handled our case. I couldn't recommend this company more!

Love the V-neck T-shirt with limited reservations...

The light weigh fabric makes up for the synthetic content, and I find the T-shirts equally comfortable year-round. I wish the V-neck were either a scoop neck or a little deeper, and the XXL is long on my particular body, but I think I'd still like to exchange the five unopened white ones I have with the new flesh tone. Possible?

cut of shirt

Ordering, price, and delivery were all easy and met my expectations.
My only issue is the cut of the v neck shirts is poor. The drop of the v neck is so low it looks funny when I wear them with a white dress shirt, as you can see the outline of the under shirt. I wish they were cut more like a normal v-neck shirt. I ended up buying the Tommy John ones at Nordstrom. Much better look.

Thanks for the review, but just thought I'd offer a helpful fashion tip in my response. V-Neck undershirts are never supposed to be worn with white outer shirts, specifically because the contrast of your skin and the v-neck can be seen through the shirt. The depth of our v-neck is specifically designed to stay hidden even if you've unbuttoned 2 buttons on a button down shirt, a casual look. Tommy John offers a v-neck that is almost the exact same depth of ours, called the deep-v. Thank you for your business and check out our crew necks. They are $17 cheaper than a Tommy John shirt.

Like the close fit

Like the close fit. Hold up well with multiple washings. However, White underfit shirts seem to get dingy after a few washings.

Thanks for the review. The fabric we use is white, not dyed white, so any dinginess must come from an outside source. Thanks for the review, we just do not want customers reading it and thinking our shirts will become dingy after a few washings.

Thank you

Better than your average basic layers!

I really like the material of both the undershirts and underwear. Soft and wicking, but it still can hold up to the punishment of repeated washing and drying cycles. I also think that the black waistband for the underwear is a sleek touch and looks very flattering. I've put these garments to the test for over a year and they've held up very well.
