It was good to be able to pick a day for delivery. Everything arrived without any hiccups and carpet fitter thought the underlay was one of the best.

Would not hesitate to use them again as they offer a quick delivery and value for money on quality underlay.

I was concerned as after I had placed my order some people in the carpet business had said companies such as this receive the rejected products produced by the manufacturer and therfore the quality is not as high as that purchased from stores.

However,the fitter who fitted the carpet was impressed with the quality and was even considering order product for himself. The gripper was also good quality.

Only issue was that the delivery company gave no indication for the time of day they were to arrive. Perhaps a 4hour window would have been useful like you get with other suppliers.

Absolutely wonderful customer services. Prompt delivery. This company means what it says.

the products are great, the price is competitive but the delivery is too expensive and the carrier is of the old fashioned type who are uncooperative and have no details of when the delivery will happen.
Having said that, the delivery driver was very nice and helpful

This is the second time I have used this company & the service has be excellence both times.
