Great underlay, fab customer service

I was worried that nobody will be at home to receive the item and it was quite urgent too. I was worried in vain since I had amazingly quick updates from Mel, who is a star and she went above and beyond to help me with all my queries. Delivery was also fast and tracked so had no issues at all.

Amazing service and a great product, purchased 9 rolls of premium underfloor heating underlay, delivered on time and kept me regularly updated. Not a big negative, return postage is not cheap, ensure you order correctly! Definitely use again and recommend.
