Good customer service
At first my poster didn't arrive in time due to the Canada post strike but they resolved it by sending me another one. Although it missed my anniversary at least I have one that I can give for valentines day.

DIGITAL MISUNDERSTANDING
Upon receipt of my Custom Star Map, I felt the color was off, compared to the digital file shown as the sample I chose. I reached out to customer service, and they totally understood my concern.
FIONA, acknowledge my response email, and we settled the matter ending in a satisfying result.

we are obviously very sad that you are so upset and dissatisfied with the product. We will of course put this right and have emailed you to the email you used to place the order to offer either a refund or a replacement. We always replace damaged or substandard goods, or offer a refund. This is exactly what we will offer you.
First of all, I'd like to clarify some of the information that you've included here.
Firstly, we are not located in Brazil. Although the head office is based in Spain, we use U.S.-based printing companies to manufacture and distribute our star maps
Secondly the reason you hadn't had a reply to your original email was that you had, surely inadvertently, closed the case yourself. It was for this reason you were not contacted by a customer service team.
We anxiously await your reply to the email we have sent you

Bad customer service smelling like a scam
I ordered an XL poster and they claimed it would arrive in 7-10 days. It's already been 13 days and there has been no update to the tracking in 3 days. I contacted customer service and they sent me a rude email saying shipping isn't guaranteed and it has nothing to do with them. Instead of getting my poster I was emailed a cheap pdf file and told I could put it on a shirt.
Update: I received several rude emails from someone claiming to be the head of customer service. She sent basically this same reply as on this review except she then goes on to accuse me of liable for leaving a review. Asking me to highlight what part of her email has rude and demanding I give them an additional 3 days before they would do anything about my order. When I told her I wasn't giving them more time she replied AGAIN in a snarky email saying they had all the evidence they needed to refute any claim I made to my credit card company. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever interacted with.

Larry, as I have explained to you USPS are currently dealing with a backlog of deliveries. On your tracking they say "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."
Given that advice we kindly asked your continued patience. In addition, you have been reassured that, in the event that your Star Map is not delivered by end of business on the 17th of December, we will offer you either an express replacement or a refund. I can assure you that an express replacement ordered at that time would arrive in time for Christmas.

We are so very sorry for the fact that your Star Map has not yet arrived. We know this is hugely frustrating and we wish it could be different! Although we manufacture and ship in a timely manner from then on we are at the mercy of the delivery agents. However, we can guarantee you will receive your Star Map by Christmas!
USPS are currently struggling with post Black Friday deliveries! Like all of us at this busy time we are doing our best to get packages to customers.
On your tracking USPS advise "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." We are investigating with our Shipping Team how long this might take and if necessary will send you an express replacement.
We are always courteous to customers, never rude. Our replies are informative We apologise if you interpreted our response in that way.
As we knew you were anxious to receive your Star Map as a token of goodwill we sent you a complimentary digital file to enable you to print a temporary Star Map, should you need it, whilst we worked with USPS to get you your Star Map. Rest assured you will still receive your physical Star Map.
As you know we are working with you via email to resolve this situation and we appreciate your patience whilst we do.

Each Star Map is custom made and printed on high quality paper. We use 200 GSM smooth fine art paper and print at 300 DPI resolution as we believe this gives the best results. Typical poster prints are 120-140 GSM.
For these reasons our products cost a little more than the average, but we do not believe in dropping the quality to reduce the price.

It is alright
It is alright. Whom ever rolled my 2 foot by 3 foot print could have taken a bit more of a soft approach. There are folds and wrinkles in it that are unsightly. I have a pdf version that was sent to me due to some earlier issues that I will have to eat the cost of to reprint this. It's unfortunate really because that is all the eye is drawn to. Quick order and send out times.

I am updating my review! After months of waiting. I finally received my map and it was perfect! I have to say that when customer service (Fiona!🧡) got in touch with me the commitment to getting my item to me was there. I FIRMLY believe that this was FEDEX fault and they are the ones who deserve the bad review. Fiona and Under Lucky Stars Customer Service was Excellent and I highly recommend them.

Chart for my daughter's birthday
What a wonderful opportunity to have such a unique gift. I had thought about "buying" a star, but I think this star chart is much more personal, and meaningful. My daughter's birthday is on Christmas day, and it's even more meaningful to see how the stars aligned on her special night.

Ordered a star map from my son’s date of birth and I was really surprised at how good it was in person. The quality of the print is brilliant. I opted to get it without a frame because I like to use a local picture framer in my area so can’t say anything about the frames they provide. I’d recommend this service to anyone looking to commemorate an event in a special way

was about to order, but when selecting a frame I was just shocked by the price of 55,- for just a frame.
Other companies charge between 6 to 10 for a wooden frame with hanging option, so cancelled the ordering as this is an insane markup on which is already a bit higher priced print.
love the idea and without the frame price, I would have ordered for sure.

Each frame is handmade by a team of specialist picture framers and the print custom framed. Our frames are created from high-quality wood usually solid ash or similar, with hand stained satin finish.
For a custom made frame to this standard you would be hard pressed to match the price.
