Fabulous product
Fabulous product. I could not be happier with the way it was delivered...the packaging was very strong. When I placed the order I also ordered the black frame. The frame is very strong and it is also a good size.

Indeed we only use high quality materials. We use a premium, museum-quality heavyweight paper and print at 300 DPI resolution.
Each framed print is handmade by a team of specialist picture framers. Our frames are created from high-quality wood usually solid ash or similar, with hand stained satin finish.

Not worth the money really. It's a nice iteam and was well received, but a cheaper alternative would have gone down just as well.
I still like the idea, but couldn't recommend this to anyone due to the ridiculous price tag.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel the Star Map itself was expensive.
Each Star Map is custom made and printed on high quality paper. We use 200 GSM smooth fine art paper and print at 300 DPI resolution as we believe this gives the best results. Typical poster prints are 120-140 GSM.
For all of these reasons our products cost a little more than the average, but we do not believe in dropping the quality to reduce the price.

I reached out to the company and told them I had yet to receive my star map. They responded and sent me an email with pdfs that I could copy to print myself and ensured my beautiful star map would arrive by valentines day. IT DID!!! 😊 I am so pleased and grateful they made the effort to make sure my print made it on time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Wonderful company and experience. I love my Star Map!!! 😍

A small hiccup but great costumer support and beautiful print quality
The quality of the print itself is very nice, it's beautiful. I was disappointed to find it came with a white line at the top, I'm guessing something went wrong using the bleed. I love the idea but for that kind off money a mistake like that is a bit sad. Costumer support did contact me about it and offered me a new map with a frame as an apology. I'm happy about this solution but most of all hope this mistake can be avoided for future costumers.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. We had a problem with the delivery and service personnel was concise and curteous. They fixed the issue quickly. The quality of the print is very very good. Thick paper and the container for the print was superb.
