Great idea, bad quality
The idea behind the products is incredible - I absolutely love it ! The delivery time was fast. The site offers a decent customization variety, but it could be better. The major flaw I found - quality. I ordered mine with a frame as a gift for my girlfriend, the final price was 105 euro - not cheap at all. The package arrived it great condition on the outside, no dents or damage. However the black frame itself was damaged on the front on one place, with a very visible dent/scratch/damage, around 2 cm long. The white layer underneath the paint was visible. Since it was a gift and I had no time to return or find another gift, I was left with no option but to go with it.
I hope you improve your quality, because it's an absolute must for such a product ! ! !
Update: excellent customer service, I was contacted and after providing pictures of the damage I was sent a brand new one, free of charge. The replacement had no damage, changing to 4 stars

Exceeded Expectations
Great Product. It came well packaged and the quality exceeded what I expected. There was a slight shipping problem, which was not their fault, overseas shipping snafu I think. Their customer service quickly responded and fixed the error and I am super happy with it.

We totally understand your frustration and have apologised for the unusually long shipping time in our reply to your email.
Just to make absolutely clear as regards your Valentines gift, you were advised both on our web page when ordering and subsequently with the confirmation email we sent for your purchase that we could not guarantee delivery for Valentines Day.
Nevertheless, USPS did take an inordinate amount of time for it's final delivery! For which we are very sorry. Had you contacted us beforehand we would most certainly have followed this up for you and achieved an earlier resolution.
When we checked your tracking today it would seem that your Star Map has finally arrived. We sincerely hope this was the case!
Once more we apologise that your Star Map did not arrive as quickly as expected. We hope that the person you are gifting it to will nevertheless appreciate the time and love you put into its design.

Ordered this as a wedding gift for my friend, she loved it! Process was super easy and it didn't take as long to arrive as I thought it was going to. I paid for framing, which was 100% worth it, because they did a great job. The print itself came out great! I was very impressed with the quality, especially since I learned about this company from a YouTube ad, and those can't always be trusted. I'd love to see more design options and combinations in the future, but I would absolutely recommend this!

A 'Think out of the box' idea that works.
The price was a little steep, but the result compared to price was more than good enough for me. Although I though the paper would be more shiny, but it's mat. Maybe the quality is better that way? Might be because they assume there will be a frame with glass? (Frame with glass was my plan no matter what).
It's quality I can't duplicate myself for sure, even if I tried! The idea is great.
To me it was worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sure that once you have finished framing your Star Map it will look absolutely stunning.
For the paper we use 200 GSM smooth fine art paper and print at 300 DPI resolution which we feel gives the best effect. GSM (grams per square meter) refers to the thickness of the paper. Most household printer papers are 90-100 GSM, while typical poster prints are 120-140 GSM. This is one of the reasons why our Star Maps are a little more expensive than the average poster. Added to which each customized Star Map is individually printed.
