Ordered (and paid for) samples, never arrived. No answer on phone and email. Definitely a scam - please avoid at all costs!

Excellent service from my first enquiry for samples. Followed up by a phone call from Carlos. Prompt delivery on the specified date. There was some minor damage to one package. However, this was also dealt with promptly by. Well made and high quality flooring. Have yet to install but I have no doubt that it will surpass my high expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up the phone to order and spoke to Tom who made the whole ordering process simple and quick. Ordered Monday, arrived before 9am on Wednesday. Couldn't recommend the service more. Top quality

Ordered flooring accessories that never arrived, causing me both a lot of expense and delaying the installation of my flooring.
They never reply to emails, or pick up their (which seems to be fake) phone number.
Update: Magically, after posting this review, received a phone call about my order, and that they’ve been trying to contact me all all week (this is untrue).
Have shipped the wrong product which is not the premium product I originally bought and a much cheaper version, with absolutely no attempt to refund/compensate the difference, so don’t expect to get what you order either.

We chose the Solid Wood Flooring for our dining room, and the results are spectacular. The quality of the solid wood is exceptional, and it feels incredibly sturdy underfoot. The customer support was second to none—they were patient, informative, and helped us choose the best option for our needs. Delivery was fast and efficient, with everything arriving as scheduled.

I recently purchased the Oak Engineered Wood Flooring from Under The Feet Flooring, and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. The engineered wood is incredibly durable and perfect for areas with high foot traffic. Spoke to owner of company before placing order regarding negative reviews,decided to go ahead with order.
Placed order on Friday received Monday.
Unfortunately goods damaged in transit,phoned and notified company.
Wow what a response,long story short new goods arrived 2 days later.
The price for the flooring was the most competitive I could find

Under the feet product was far superior and the price 10% lower.

Ordered a sample of flooring and paid for delivery four weeks ago,received an email stating I would receive information about the delivery.This never arrived nor did the so called free sample,I’ve asked for my postage to be refunded but surprise surprise I’ve been ignored.Helpfull advice is DONT BOTHER try someone else

Emailed me the invoice but told me to ignore it and just follow the link to make full payment which I did. Half the items was not included in the invoice but the total was for all the items. Only received what's on the invoice i.e half the items. When called there was no answer and no reply to my messages. Emailed asking to return goods but no reply again. Very dodgy company......AVOID. Website under one name, ebay account under another and payment under another with different telephone numbers everywhere

Only required one pack of flooring due to my own oversight on original order. Base delivery cost meant I had to pay more for the delivery than the 1 pack of flooring was so not a great start. Order was then delivered to wrong address and took nearly a week to get resolved and re-delivered. When it did arrive, damage was spotted by my fitter to same corner on every piece consistent with a drop damaging all of the click connections. Under the feet were initially good with trying to resolve once I was able to speak with someone. However I’m still waiting for a replacement pack that was promised to be delivered 3 days ago and I have received no response to my email querying what is happening.

Was after a specific flooring and the site said it was in stock. I ordered the flooring and paid stupid amount of money for delivery, which was more than the actual product itself. I waited a week and started to call tye number on their website. No answer in approx 50 attempts over weeks of trying. No answer to any emails. No reply to answer phone messages. No reply on the online chat. Avoid at all costs this is a scam which has left me out of pocket by approx £150 and had to order a different flooring from my usual supplier.

We have an order placed with them. Half of it has not arrived and it is impossible to contact them. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone.

I just placed a big order with this company only to discover the item was delayed- not their fault it’s out of stock everywhere. I’ve builders in so needed flooring asap. They were really helpful trying to come up with solutions but when none were suitable they returned my money in 2 days no fuss! Brilliant job!

Very poor customer service. I have tried many times to phone them, using both numbers they provided and they have never answered. I have emailed trying to return an unopened box of flooring for a refund, which their website says you can do, and they never replied to me.

The whole process was outstanding from order to delivery. The order was calculated from all different room sizes to give me the exact amount of packs. The delivery guy couldn’t do enough to help with the boxes brought right to my door during lockdown. A great experience overall.

Excellent! Very personal service - couldn't have been more helpful, and the flooring is amazing!
