Third Sale with UTH and it just gets easier!
This is the third time I am selling a property with Under the hammer. Its been easy, hassle-free and successful everytime. I've been assigned to Tom Gilday who manages everything seamlessly, and they have made selling just too easy. My first apartment in Southport, I took the dog for a walk, I came back and there was "sold" sign on the screen. The second time I sold on the first auction round, and now the third sale within two days the property is up listed, photos are arranged, I dont have to do anything. They like my outsourced estate agent. I just love working with Under the hammer. Special thanks to Tom who is keeps checking in to make sure i'm happy. I'll make sure i keep using this auction house for sales. I'm not sure why everyone uses the bigger auction houses who have ridiculous clauses in the auction packs. For those that buy, for one bidding deposit - you can bid on more than one property on this platform which is not like that on other platforms- which makes it especially fun to shop on. If you dont get one, you can register for more than one property, without the extra deposit, so you dont lose out if you outbid on one, you can still be in for another on the same auction day. My third property will be on for sale on the 15th October. If you dont register, you cant bid! Thanks again to Tom and his team for making it easy and fun.

Having decided to sell a family buisness I was advised to go the auction route , as I had never delt with the auction process before I hadn't a clue ??
