This is a scam. They say they are offering a free trial, but then charge you even after you cancel during the free trial period. I've had to file a charge back with my bank to get my money back. It's so foul how fraudulent these companies are!

This is a scammer thing. First i deleted my payment method while my account was active and did not want to renew. They did not deleted it, that and tried to charge my card few days ago, luckily there was not enough money on that acc. Immediately, i deleted my account and blocked the merchant. Lo and behold 2 days later a charge attempt on my card. Now this is serious fraud, chaps. Behave.

They charged me $189 for a free trial period and the customer service experience is horrible at this company. I went back and forth numerous times with this company and customer support was non existent. This whole company is a complete fraud just look up their address.

Scammer, they not respond to cancellation requrst and kept charging money.

I wanted to share my experience with Undetectable AI in case it helps others.

I signed up for the trial and cancelled on the same day after using the included credits. Later I noticed that I had still been charged for a full month. When I contacted support they initially could not find my account and said the subscription was under an email address that was slightly different from mine, which was confusing because the signup process requires email verification.

It took a bit of back and forth to sort out and that part was frustrating. That said, the support team were polite in their replies and they did eventually refund the charge after I explained everything and provided proof of the transaction.

My advice to anyone trying the service is to keep an eye on the billing and keep records of the email used during signup. The tool itself may be useful for some people, but the subscription and account system could be clearer.

In the end the issue was resolved and I appreciated the courteous responses from their team, even though it took some time to get there.

Don’t click 3 day trial, its a scam and they will charge you and you have to go and back fourth to get the refund and they won’t give you the full refund.

They make it very difficult to cancel, instead of a simple cancel button in your account settings, you have to email them with information like the exact plan you have and the last 4 numbers of your credit card. I thought this dark pattern was something from the past, very disappointing
