Excessive after-sales emails
I'm fine with the underwear but I hate to be contacted several times after unsubscribing from their email list. This is the third email that I'm receiving despite unsubscribing.

Terrible customer service with no…
Terrible customer service with no response. We got charged with FedEx shipping payment for no apparent reason and also debt collector now asking for ridiculous amount of money for international shipping when website say is FREE. Shipping price like more expensive than items. I called the phone number and email but no answer.

Refund problems
The product is good and I really like it, but I had a refund and sent it back to the company but the package never arrived, and since I cannot proof it I have to believe it. Maybe this was a problem with DHL, but I receive and sent back packages all the time, never had any problems in years. In short, I basically lost 60€ now, which makes me think twice if I order again.

Boxer shorts, volcano ash.
I ordered these in the hope they'd be an improvement on my previous 'similar' ones, and they certainly are. A huge improvement, and worth the expense.
The website shows them to be tight-fitting in the photos (why?), but describes them as loose-fitting. I took the chance that the description rather than the photos was correct and they are indeed loose-fitting boxers. I'm very glad I bought them and they're still good after several washes. The most comfortable boxers ever.

Comfy but bad cost-performance-ratio
The product was of good quality. Just rather pricey and I had to pay additional taxes for the import. The delivery cost should cover all instead of a unwelcomed surprice
