I made an error on my size of shirt, they responded the same day through email. Response was fastest I've ever had when corresponding with a company. Not only that, they contacted me back, telling me they found the sold out color, in a size xl ( I'm a lg) and asked me if I wanted it since they sold out. This is the model every company should have; "take care of the customer. I will be buying every new color drop, because the product is perfect, and the customer service is on point. Thank you

The shirt did not fit as described, and the $9.00 return fee is cheesy at best. If I had known there was a fee to return it, I would never have tried this shirt.

I've ordered twice from UndrDog for myself and for my brother. They are by far my favorite shirts, and I rotate the three black ones I have. I also have to say that they have fantastic customer service. I highly recommend giving them a try. By the way, if the shirt seems too big before washing it, give it a wash and a dry and then it fits perfectly!

Original review below. Response to Undrdog's response: That's a lot of words to say absolutely nothing. I have $143.10 worth of inconsistently sized shirts that I can't wear outside the house. Culture = Values + Behavior. I see what you've written about values - when will the behavior follow suit?

I wanted to love these shirts. I have a total of four - two mediums and two larges.

My first purchase was two larges. They were massive. At least an XL on me, maybe bigger. I returned for mediums, which after the first wash, are too small.

Still, liking the idea of a lifetime guarantee, I ordered two larges and figured I'd wear the mediums as undershirts. Well, these larges fit perfectly, and are significantly, significantly smaller than the original larges I received. Unfortunately, after washing exactly the same way as I washed the mediums, the larges are now smaller than the mediums. They are unwearable.

It seems like quality control is severely lacking. I also exchanged three or four emails with customer service trying to understand how to control or manage the shrink on the first wash and got lazy, one sentence responses that indicated they weren't even reading my messages.

For this kind of money, I expect consistent sizing and good customer service. Seems like the money that should have gone into both of those things has gone into marketing.

Avoid like the plague.

Great fit and love the breathability

I’ve been wearing brands like true classic and fresh clean for years, but I took a chance on undrdog hemp after seeing a social media ad. I wasn’t disappointed. I threw the shirt on as soon as I got home from work and initially I wasn’t sure, but the longer I wore it the more I liked it. Super breathable and the fit is great!

In the hands the shirt feels more rigid, but wearing it, it doesn’t. It feels heavy but wears light.

The only critique I have is based on my body type. I’m a bigger guy, think retired defensive end, 6’1” 290lbs, I wish the shirt was 1” longer. Just a personal preference, but wife says it looks great.

The shirts seem like top quality BUT… I was expecting a shirt that as it says… makes you look jacked… but it’s like a big baggy shirt. Does not hug the bicep, of course it will hide a belly because it’s a big box of a shirt. Not form fitting like other muscle type shirts like built different, gym reaper etc. but they are good quality… just heavy and kinda hang!

I ordered 3 and followed the size chart. I normally wear a L for an undershirt and an XL for an outer. I ordered the XL’s as recommended and 2 fit fine but the 3rd is mis-sized as it fits like a medium or compression shirt. The XL’s are a little long but will be fine for how I plan to wear them.
Overall it feels good and looks durable but only time will tell.
Yall need to add a wider collar and add a pocket and it would be something I would buy more of.
These will be working shirts or base layers for now. But I would like to exchange this mid-sized shirt

Strange sizing. I bought an XL, which is my usual size. The Undrdog XL was huge on me. I returned it for a large. I could barley get the large on. It was extremely tight. The shirt might have been mislabeled. It was easily a small or a medium. Regardless, I had to return it. Too bad it didn't work out. Customer service is great. Although, $10 for a return fee is not great. Lost $10 because a shirt didn't fit. On to another web t-shirt.

Sizing is on the small side. The three x is more like an xl size. I would love to buy from you but shirts aren't long enough or wide enough for me. 6'4" 270.

These shirts are awesome! I moved to South Florida and these shirts have been unbelievable in hot weather. Started with 3 and ordered 9 more. Expensive but Fantastic quality and ridiculously breathable and didn’t shrink in the wash.

Shipping was prompt and shirts arrived on time. Used the sizing chart and the shirts fit me well. I loved the weight and feel of the fabric. In the past, new shirts often had a chemical smell when I opened the bag the shirts came it. These shirts had none of that. I love the fact that there is nothing in the fabric other than hemp, bamboo and cotton. No polyester. I hope you offer other colors or long sleeves in the future. I have a closet full of polyester golf shirts I’d be happy to get rid of if you start offering golf shirts. Just sayin.

I love the T-shirts ! ! I purchased 3 and then 30 days later bought 3 more. When you order go up one size.

Great packaging. Very comfortable and handles stains well. Really like the way it falls on me. It fits though I have large chest shoulders and back. Very comfortable. Not smelly right out of the packaging. Pull off the tags and wear. It dries so quickly after strenuous exercise. Gets wet but does not cling or plaster against you.

I received my t-shirts in a timely fashion. This is my first experience with any t-shirt that is not totally cotton or cotton/poly blend. These shirts fit as advertised (they recommend washing before trying on). And while the shirts have a different feel to them than cotton, they are comfortable and seem to be more durable than the traditional cotton t-shirt. I have no illusion that any t-shirt will make me look thinner or more muscular. But these are comfortable, durable and look as good as any t-shirt i have ever worn. I will probably be a repeat customer.

The shirt looks and feels great, right out of the box! I also appreciated the order tracking emails and the follow up email when I ordered it. I can’t wait to see how it wears.

The fit was pretty disappointing. I gave it a shot to see what all the hype was about and it's just a black tee that isn't very flattering. I'll see how it holds up in the long run. But for now, for a $40 tee shirt I'm not impressed.
Also where are they made?

These shirts are not sized correctly! I ordered mediums and it's like wearing a baggy dress. The material is see through and not soft, very itchy and a weird cut. I had to return them, which I was bummed because poly and cotton don't last more than a year in my line of work.
