Ordered a "Herkimer Diamond" necklace as a Christmas present, it was advertised as gold plated, while I understood this meant it would be more susceptible to getting wet etc, they advertised their "special method" of plating as that it would not be an issue in the shower etc. However, within 2 days, the gold plating began to corrode and discolour into a horrible brown. I sent and email, reviewed the product, and I got Zero contact from them. Never buying from them again, and I recommend no one else do either.

I remember the process for signing up was tricky with me having a non-Aus IP for emails, and an Aus IP for browsing, however once I was in, it was worth it. Huge product selection for crystals, and store crystal encyclopedia to boot. Updated on stages of dispatch and sent tracking, genuine, sincere style of writing in emails, and overall really good experience buying crystals at this store. They packaged them separately in bubble-wrap, which I appreciated, rather than bundling the smoky (smokey?) quartz and black obsidian together, and wrapped them again in paper. I like the fact they have raw crystals as well as tumbled. Crystals look great!! I took a picture but cannot upload it :-( Recommended, and will most likely return.
