After attending 2 different therapists prior, Ciara was my 3rd time lucky charm whom I attended for over a year. She is a fantastic listener & has a personable warm manner. Ciara is particularly empathetic & well skilled in the area of toxic relationships/ narcissistic abuse/ boundary setting & self-care. Most importantly, Ciara will pick up on your own personal issues & guide you through them- which when dealing with relationship issues is of the upmost importance- as it can be easy to blame others if uneducated on the matter. Ciara does so without offending. I believe my review holds greater substance than previous reviewers who may not have been at a stage to accept therapy. I highly recommend Ciara to anyone struggling to navigate through difficult relationships, particularly for women. I can safely say I am a different person to who I was prior to attending. She also has a great sense of humour & is reasonable to deal with in terms of practicalities, eg payments, cancellations.

Was ok, this is my third time to see a therapist. I thought the therapist Ciara was nice enough but to be honest drawing my problems away just didn't work for me.

Worst therapist ever.
Booked an initial session in January and Ciara seemed friendly enough and appeared to listen well.
But then the second session was a complete waste of my 60 euros. I had to spend the first half of the session repeating what I had said in the first session.
Additionally after explaining my situation, again, she seemed to want to try and tell me what was wrong with me and how I needed to be a better partner and how it all would be solved by me drawing some pictures.
Perhaps Ciara and art therapy is better suited to scholl projects.
