I would recommend UNice Hair. They have great customer service and assisted me with an easy refund when I needed it. I will definitely be using them again.

Would give five stars because the wigs are the best quality. I just wish that there was better communication with packages coming from overseas. Customer service is great, speedy, and as much detail as possible.

Communication, reassurance and product quality

I purchased a water wave pre everything wig from UNICE wig company. It was not bleached like they said it would be. I have returned it back to the company on May 19, 2026 thru USPS with tracking number. I have sent more than 4 emails to the company asking them where is my refund. Still no answer. I’m calling UNICE hair company out. Beware of the hair company it’s not all about what the hype is about. Slow on responding to customers.

I’m absolutely in love with this wig! 😍 The hair is super soft, full, and true to length. It was easy to install, and the lace blended seamlessly with my skin for a natural look. The curls are beautiful, bouncy, and hold their shape well with minimal shedding.

I did a return with the customer service people via text message and i was very pleased with them following up on all my questions and concerns. Everything was smooth. They were very polite with everything. Thank you again!

The team has been great with communication. I’m a first time purchaser and made a return on a wig because of the fit. They reached out to make sure everything was ok and to see if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I’m glad I made a purchase with this company.

I purchased the UNice 7x5 Bye Bye Slip™ Lace Reddish Brown Voluminous Layered Blowout Soft Body Wave Wig on 04/22/2026, and received it 05/03/ 2026. After wearing the wig for a week a noticed extreme shedding and hair coming out in clumps !!! I reached out to customer service 05/ 18 and was told because I had worn the wig it was not returnable and they would offer me $30 in compensation. I hadn’t worn the wig for a month!! The representative offered me “care tips” . I tried washing and used a silicone mix as a deep conditioner and the representative then advises because I used a silicone mix they could not return, and changed the refund to $55. I explained this was no where near the $280 I payed for the unit and in addition my lace had a large hole in it. I sent pictures and after reviewing the picture they offered me an $80 refund. At that point I felt defeated, I had a really important event I had to attend and was stuck with an almost $300 wig that I could not wear. I gave them a 2 because Lily the representative was really nice and was prompt in answering my messages. Please do not buy for them!!! They have no intentions of refunding you or issuing a replacement. I asked for a replacement as well and was advised they wouldn’t because I had worn the wig. Honestly how can you know if the wig is bad without wearing it?!!!

Is impossible to get customer service with this company I like their wig but the customer service is so poor. You get generic emails whenever you reach out and it’s not OK

My hair wasn’t going to be ready for awhile but UNice customer service reached out asking if I wanted to wait or choose something different . They were great! Definitely a 10/10 from me!

Love Nadula down. Definitely one of my fav hair companies. Wigs are affordable with great quality. They also offer VIP discounts and points. On your birthday you get a gift when you do VIP it's def worth it and you get extra savings. Missed my bday gift and I contacted customer service they had it shipped out with my recent order.

I got 2 units, the bang one 24in and straight to wet. I've tried on both, the wet curly is my favorite I've worn it for 3 days now and it's perfect. Soft and no tangles, thank gawddd!
My only disappointment is the payment when using Afterpay, the bang unit I ordered first, and a few days later I bought the straight to wavy, there was an error on the Unice app linking my Afterpay so I had order directly from Afterpay and it created a new account because I have 2 different emails: one for bills, payment, person other for miscellaneous social media things etc... So I lost on my points and they can't fix it, unfortunately.

Very helpful quick to respond to get the matter handle very good customer service, polite, and friendly, which is hard to find nowadays. They follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the decision that they have made and I appreciate that very much. They were very thorough with explaining everything to me. I am being to love this company .

The product is affordable, however the quality is supreme.

I was very pleased with how quickly I received my order. Although my purchase didn't fit, the customer service representative was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails.
