I had a wonderful experience with Unico Components. The communication was smooth, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and they made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish.

I made a slight error booking on the website however the team contacted me directly and helped me with payment ensuring the process was as frictionless as possible.

I placed a small order and it turned out that one item wasn't in stock. I received a personal email advising me of this and of the likely wait time, plus an email the day after the items were dispatched. They duly arrived the following day and were exactly what I needed.

I needed advice regarding Espanollette bars and was given a lot of very helpful advice. Would recommend this company to anyone requiring fittings for furniture.

I used the hinges as they are thin. so are sandwiched between wood. Can be bent with hammer and vice to fit contoured door.

Answering questions was very prompt. Lack of info on the product or installation instructions I find ridiculous. Once Drawn up the system is pretty easy to Understand,without it was pretty difficult (I was 1 in 4 that got it from the illustration and then took a while) Ordering ,packaging and delivery was thorough and pretty quick. Would use again though as product works very well.

Was exactly what I wanted

Everything went according to expected. It takes its time to be delivered and then there is also customs control and tax payment but it is what it is.

Parts were delivered within the week, only a slight modification required as the originals were a bit dated. fitting was no problem and the drawer runners are working perfectly. The website is easy to use and ordering parts wasn't a problem. Would recommend using unico to anyone with woodworking projects.

Item as described and arrived quickly as promised, highly recommended, would use seller again.

Good quality locks, but I don't understand why they don't come with the option of strikers to hold the lock against. I had to buy these separately, from another company.
