Great customer service. Contacts are just want I wanted.

Ok . First off. Make sure if you do NOT HAVE a prescription, that you are ordering NON PERSCRIPTION ones. FREQUENTLY CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM THEM. they like to confirm that the shipping address IS CORRECT before shipping! They offer hard to find contacts which are the 14.50mm! The contacts were GORGEOUS. Customer service was fast, responsive even on a Sunday for me which was cool ! Now I ordered another pair from eyecandy. And there is a price difference. BUT honestly, the quality, the natural look and blend was far superior on these Unicoeye, and I've used A LOT of contacts. The con? Shipping was a month long. If you are looking for fast, eyecandys is faster but less quality, and the lenses look very artificial. I guess they say all good things take time, and tbh I was mad at the shipping time but I also didn't read where it was coming from! Also, if you have ANY problems with the tracking, CONTACT THEM. we had difficulties with mine saying it was intercepted and I wouldn't receive it! They called the post office and straightened it out! The tracking STILL didn't update ! So I was worried "did I get ripped off?!" Contacted them AGAIN, and of course, they responded fast ! Sent a screenshot of my delivery date for me updated! AND it arrived before expected delivery date. So is it their fault or the post offices, really? It was worth the wait. With the price you get fast customer service, hard to find lenses, and high quality. The realisticness of these contacts has surpassed any contacts I've ever used, and I am totally satisfied!!

The contacts fit well and we're great and customer service is amazing they are on it they make sure you have everything you need the shipping is amazing if anything goes wrong they realize a way to make sure that you have everything you need I will not want to contacs anywhere else from now on. They have every color size shape and prescriptions you can ask for the place is freaking rad

I just received my first pair of contacts, and they were great! Since it’s my first time wearing contacts, I was a bit nervous, but they were easy to wear with little to no discomfort. I also really appreciate the customer support—they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

They had all the contacts that I wanted in my prescription, which made it even better, the price is super affordable, the shipping cost is super low, they get here fast. They're very affordable and they're totally worth putting in your eyes I recommend them highly as now I've got two pair and going for more!

Outstanding customer service. I was the victim of a porch pirate. This took more than one day to resolve due to my schedule. But every time I got back on the chat, there was a response. They didn't blow me off which is more than can be said for some companies. Cannot wait to try my new contacts and look forward to making my next order. Highly recommend!

There was a shipping problem with my first order. I contacted them via email, they were very professional, their customer service is excellent, kind and helpful. They resolved the issue very quickly and I received my contracts that im very happy with. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I thought I ordered without a prescription, but my contacts came with one, so I could not see out of them. But customer service was willing to get me a new pair without since I was a new customer.

I had an order that was lost in transit, and unicoeye went above and beyond for me. Not only did they catch that my package never made it to its destination, but they replaced my entire order and said if the first one arrived to just keep it. My new replacement order is in transit to me now, and I really thought I'd just never get my order because it was lost. The person that has handled my replacement, kazuki, has been the best customer service I have ever gotten from any company. Two of my picks were out of stock, so she had me pick 3 replacements for each, that way it wasn't a bunch of back and forth, and she chose one of my picks to replace each of the two out of stocks. So I'm getting two different ones instead of my original choices, but I'm still getting the same yearly contacts that I originally ordered. So I'm getting my entire order replaced at no cost, because mine was lost in transit. The communication and kindness extended by kazuki is unmatched. I will definitely be exclusively ordering my contacts from this company from here forward, they have my loyalty most definitely. Seriously went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive my order and extended apologies for it not making it to me. The service rendered was absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend this company to anyone, they truly care about their customers.

I love these contacts! I get so many compliments! Lol! I did receive a pair that didn’t feel as comfortable as I would like and Unicoeye was more than happy to replace them. They are very prompt at answering emails and are always so courteous! Will keep ordering!

Great contacts

So my contacts seemed to take FOREVER to get to me BUT once I got them I absolutely fell in love with the gray contact I got. My natural color is blue green so it just lightened n enhanced my natural color n I love it!! My husband didn’t even know I was wearing contacts but asked if I was doing my make different because it looked pretty. They are sift n comfortable. N came with a case and instructions which for someone like me is VERY HELPFUL!!
