Graham attended our supported accommodation property and Carried out some maintenance for us! He was professional throughout, chatty and completed the work to a great standard. Couldn’t have asked for more in the service he delivered! Even washed his own cup after his coffee!!

Graham did a wonderful job, exceptional service

Graham has always been an humble and hardworking person, and I appreciate his good work every time.
He helped out with the boiler, kitchen sink, room door and even my kids cabinets that wasn’t even on the complaint list today.
He’s also friendly and nice.

A technician came and checked the sockets and rectified them

I recently complained about my wardrobe to Unicom property in my home, and I'm very pleased with the service they provided.

From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive. The customer service representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful, quickly scheduling an appointment for one of their trusted handymen to come take a look.

The handyman, Graham, arrived on time and immediately got to work assessing the issue. He was polite and professional throughout, taking the time to explain what needed to be done. I felt confident that Graham knew exactly how to handle the repair.

The repair work itself was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Graham was meticulous in his approach, ensuring every aspect of the wardrobe was functioning properly before declaring the job finished. The end result looked fantastic - you'd never know there had been an issue.

What really stood out to me was Graham's dedication to customer satisfaction. He was friendly and personable, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. He even offered some helpful tips for maintaining the wardrobe going forward.

unicom are really active and responsive to your problem and any complaints. My room light bulb was fused and it only took 24 hours for them to get it fixed. The electrician Graham was also nice.

Graham been to cut my bush great job

Currently for past few days we have ceiling issues where the water is leaking from upstairs to the hall room so Graham today came over and was very helpful in sorting out the issue and gave me few suggestions on how to be careful with leaking stuff from shower curtains and I'm very happy with service provided today by Graham and even the service users felt happy with that so thank you Graham

Had multiple issues with my bathroom cabinet, shower faucet and tap. Graham fixed it all within minutes of logging the complaints with my agent. He is known to always be on time, does he work neatly without making a mess all over the floor. He is friendly and warm too.
