I was a bit worried about ordering off…
I was a bit worried about ordering off this website. I’d never heard of them before I see reviews on here thought would chance it! Well I’m glad I did as I got a set of rare Encanto dolls that no one can get! EBay are selling at ridiculous prices! I was told April that the dolls would come I got an email on Monday saying they been dispatched then yesterday I had a knock at the door there my parcel was! I’m that impressed that I have ordered something else. Don’t know why i was worried this company have been brilliant 🤩

Encanto dolls
I’m very happy that I’ve found this page. I couldn’t find nowhere dolls for my daughter in decent price. The dolls I was looking for were reaching price of £90 on eBay, but managed to get them for less that £60, that makes me very happy and I’m sure my daughter will be happy as well. The item arrived today, earlier than expected delivery date stated on page. Box wasn’t opened, dolls are brand new. Recommend!

The doll itself was lovely and my daughter loved it. But the packaging had been ripped and looked like it had been reused to put in a new doll. The postage box was intact and unopened.

Delivery time was sooner than stated so that was awesome! Communication between order & dispatch could have been better but we got our product so no real issue! In relation to the actual product the figures were a lot smaller than I expected for the price, but good quality!
