Magic Mixies - Our granddaughter had an item for…
Our granddaughter had an item for Christmas, but it only had one magic animal inside. So, being Nanna & Grandad, we looked for some more for her. I did buy some things which I thought were right but it bugged me for a day or two so I contacted Customer Service and they were so so helpful, what I had bought were right and wrong, the rep told me that what I had bought were collectable miniatures of the magic mixie and that the girls would love them, I was also informed that you could only buy the Magic Mixie when you buy a New Magic Mixie set, which I what we had bought her for Christmas, and they were far too expensive to just buy one as a small gift, so I left it that I would keep the miniatures and see how they go. I don't know why I was worried, the girls absolutely loved them and it didn't matter that they weren't magic ones, as they all had a hidden secret about them that only their wand could expose, what great fun xx what a lovely Company and a lovely Customer Service to put up with a Nanna that knew nothing at all about these little Mixies. Fantastic shop too.

Item was dispatched promptly and got regular updates on shipment and when it was ok its way. Received item quicker than expected. Item purchased has been out of stock in a lot of places, but price was not hyped. Happy customer, will use again.
