Predatory Company with No Real Customer Service

I was the victim of a violent attack on a bus, and the perpetrator was never caught. Yet UniCourt continues to publish my case details online, exposing me to stigma and retraumatization. Despite repeated requests, they refuse to remove this filing. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent — they don’t respond or offer real help. UniCourt are just sharks making money off people’s pain and ruined reputations.

Unbelievable

Unbelievable! These guys are scraping official court's databases and then without any prior, given consent publish your personal information online. And then to have even more pathetic business model in order to be removed from their system and consequently Google you have to upload your ID so that they can "verify" the legitimacy of your request. Not to mention that their scraping process collects your personal data within seconds, but then need at least 30 days to review your request. Is this a joke???
