I enjoyed assembling the Planet Earth King Size puzzle. I had no issues with delivery and I like the presentation box. The design is fascinating, with many piece shapes aligned to the theme (planets, stars, comets). I like that there were no pieces with straight edges, so you have to start from the inside and work outward. It’s so enjoyable to look at, I don’t want to take it apart.

The products are very cool and high quality and I would buy again anytime.
However, the delivery time was quite long (18 days) and I had to pay in addition to the $ 30 delivery costs again $ 20 for the delivery (Brokerage Charges) from UPS! This should have been paid by Unidragon.

Ordered a Mandala puzzle (big one) on the 9th of October to gift my mother on Christmas Day.
It arrived one month later with a broken box and possibly lost pieces (the package had holes, and the pieces were spread all over).
I immediately contacted them through email with photos and description. Response was that they would send replacement.
A month later I asked for a tracking number and if it would arrive before Christmas: no answer!..
Asked again one week before Christmas if it would arrive in time and, I kid you not, their answer was: “Hello, probably yes.”
Good thing I already had a plan B for the gift.
Bad customer service, bad packaging and honestly I get the feeling they didn’t even send the replacement.

Requested a refund. Not really expecting it considering how they have been so far.

03.12.2021 - I paid for four puzzles (for gifts)
10.12.2021 - I asked with e-mail about my order - no answer,
15.12.2021 - I asked again about my order - no answer :(.
24.12.2021 - I got puzzles, but it was too late, I had to buy other gifts :(
It wasn't 3-8 days. It was 21 days and no answer from care@

I received the panda puzzle for Christmas. It was beautifully packaged in a wooden box with coloured design on the lid. I couldn't wait to start it and wasn't disappointed. It was stunning with lots of quirky-shaped pieces like monkeys, fish & flowers.
Unfortunately, one of the pieces was broken - easy to happen with wooden pieces many of which are quite small. I emailed the company, received a reply by return & a replacement puzzle was delivered today, just 4 days later. Now that's superb service & customer support! Over the holiday period as well! 10 stars!

I received the butterfly puzzle as a Christmas gift from my husband - it is well made, beautiful and a lot of fun to put together. I love it!

Ok so for all of you wondering if it's actually good:

I ordered the 500 piece 'earth/planet/galaxy' one. I received in exactly 7 days after my order (I have no clue where it shipped from, but I am in Bulgaria).

About the puzzle - every piece snaps perfectly and there were NO missing pieces.

I bought it for my girlfriend and we had so much fun. If there ever is a 2000 piece puzzle I'd buy it. This is amazing.

I took the Allruing Fox and the first part of Quizzles. Needless to say that I have spent at least 2 days in row to assemble the puzzles and they turn out to be amazing. The puzzles have really nice colors and it is a real challenge to assemble them. I have enjoyed every second of the assembly.
On the topic of the delivery, I got mines from the EU store and they came in about 3-4 days time. If you spent 100€ or more, you are getting a free shipping. For shipping they are using DHL, at least mine came with this courier and just in time for Christmas.

Awesome product, the loving care with which it must have been crafted can be observed at every step. Perfect fitting, great image and form, wonderful wooden box, lovely smell (yes, wooden, of course). A wonderful experience, indeed, one to be treasured, and also repeated :)

Best gift of the year, uniqe af :D, tricky parts, lovely animals in it which makes it more interesting, pretty detailed. Much love to the creators they did their best to impress everyone and to invent something really special. :) was worth waiting for it even if it didn't arrived before Christmas, recommended :)

Excitement turned to disappointment

I placed a large order on December 6 in hopes that the gifts would arrive within the promised 14 days so I could give them out as gifts for Christmas. They STILL have not shipped and I STILL haven't received a solid expectation of when that might be beyond "We expect to send it in the nearest future." This means nothing and does not count as a commitment. I am very seriously considering seeking a refund, but it sounds like this would be a fruitless pursuit after reading other reviews. Unidragon, please offer a transparent explanation because there are MANY dissatisfied customers for what otherwise seems like a fantastic product.

Review will be updated whether this is resolved in a fair way or if the conclusion is more negative.

12-25-21 | They responded with apologies, citing "big demand" before the holidays. The order still has not shipped.
12-27-21 | With no updates or any commitments beyond "We expect to send it in the nearest future." I am sending another inquiry via FB, IG & e-mail to get a solid shipment date before seeking other means to recoup my cost.

These are the best, most unique and fun puzzles I’ve ever done. I’m an adult, and don’t have a love for puzzles, but I have a love for THESE puzzles! I’ve purchased 3 and have them all hanging in my office (after gluing them). I love that the lid turns into a display picture. I love the shapes, and how fun they fit together! Worth every penny.

If you have the patientce to wait from 20 to 30 daysis the best buy ever. They are not a scam, It s the most quality puzzle i ve ever seen. I ve bought a royal size mandala puzzle and is amazing .

Amazingly beautiful puzzle. We purchased the 4-part Quezzle to work on together while our family visits over the holidays. We love the wooden pieces, great quality, really gorgeous puzzle with clever features not found in other puzzles. Beautiful packaging too. Will definitely purchase more puzzles from them.

Awful experience - made my order on the 27th of November and still didn't receive my Xmas gifts (23.12).
I feel like it's a Scam but reading the other comments maybe it's not and simply they couldn't manage the orders.
I'll change my review if something changes.
