Ordered a gift in mid november, still didn't receive it 1 month after. When asked the support for the tracking number, got a vague answer "you will receive it", but no date and no tracking number. After I asked for the refund the support ghosted me. Looks like a scam. Avoid!

A product arrived on December 23rd. Fantastic workmanship. Vibrant colours, distinctive shapes, and clearly printed details. A little expensive for one night of fun. It could be 1,500 pieces or 2,000 pieces versions, because the 650 pieces also proved to be few.

I will never order more from here! It is not enough that I waited 3 weeks without informing me about the order, the customer service refuses to reply to the e-mails and my order was incomplete, one of the puzzles did not arrive and they are unable to do anything to compensate, to hurry and send the missing item! I wanted to give them as a Christmas gifts!

I was already a bit doubtful about this company before I ordered but as the puzzles look really high-quality I tried anyway. Unfortunately my doubts were right. I ordered a puzzle in november and haven‘t got the shipment yet. It seems like I‘m not the only one with this problem. Customer service is really bad - no answers on mails or live chat. As I didn‘t even get a confirmation of the shipment I suppose the puzzle hasn‘t been sent yet. Therefore I will have to order my money back form my credit card and can’t recommend this company.

I guess I have the same problem as everybody... I placed my order on the 26th of November, needing the puzzles before the 17th of December at the latest.. I also tried to contact the customer service and had no answer yet.

I have no doubt that the workload is important in this period, but they could at least be honest and transparent on their websites in terms of delivery time :(

Because the delivery is so long, I would need to change the delivery address to have a chance to receive the puzzles but I received no answers to my emails yet.

Update:
I finally got an answer some times after, where they asked me to chose between a refund or a change of order because they did not have the puzzles I ordered anymore. So I decided to ask for a refund, which was accepted. However, some days after, I nevertheless received my order.
In the end, the puzzles are really awesome, so it is very sad that their customer service is not of the same quality.

Updated my review to 3 stars as my order (from the 26th Nov 2021) was delivered this afternoon in full and everything looks perfect.

I can confirm that no shipping nor status info had been provided to me by the Unidragon customer service team bar it will be with you before the holidays. This is where my main frustration came from and it is something that really needs to be addressed going forward especially when promoting any type of sales.

Would I purchase from their website again probably not.

Still No Info on Shipping Details except feedback to say it will be with me before Christmas. Have asked for a Refund as do not expect that anything will be delivered. Also have contacted my card provider for charge back.

Order was placed on the Unidragon.eu website on the 26th November 2021. My order value was €160+.

I have still not received my order even though I had allowed the correct processing and shipping times that were set out on their website on the 26th November.

Customer service is ridiculous & don't try phoning the number on the website as the person who answers will advise you to email your query. So far I have sent 5 emails, made 1 phonecall and when contacted live chat was advised that there was little delay and my order would be with me by Christmas!

Do Not Purchase from this Website.

They dont send my purchase and dont reply my emails.
Finally they sent the puzzle 18 days after my purchase

I placed an order on 30th of november and still not shipped. I'm really afraid to not receive it before christmas despite the 5-11 days announced shipping time.

Seems like scam!

It's been 14 days and they haven't even sent anything.

they send me a track number that it's wrong.

They rarely answer and I am trying with 4 different ways (email, facebook, instagram, char from site)

and they say nothing at all....

They ensure me more than once that I will have everything before Holidays and they haven't even send anything yet.

I asked my money back, I will update soon...

Since then I have zero news (except the wrong tracking).

I placed an order for two weeks ago but still nothing in the mailbox and no reply on my emails. I placed even a new order after the first one before I read the Trustpilot reviews. The customer service is lousy and no response anymore on my emails... be careful to place an order here... looks like scam to me
I'm going to rewrite my Review once I`ve got clarified this.
still after days in silence no response from you guys... If you have challenges to full-fill your orders be honest - no response is almost like lying.

Unidragon.eu is basically scam. I ordered 12 days ago 2 puzzles (delivery time was 4 days) It is still not dispatched and the customer service is horrible. They dont even say hello or speak fluently English. Their last reply was only this: "We've checked your order. At the moment, he is waiting for a dispatch." As I need the puzzles next Tuesday it will be too late so I asked for a refund.

Stage2: at the moment I got a refund notification at the end. But in my bank account its exactly the opposite. they charged me 2x now...

Stage3: at the end they sent me a refund and the 2nd charge was also lifted up. took a month... So they are not a scam, but the customerservice is extremly unprofessional.

Facit: sad story, because it could have been a hit product to sell, but I think they were just not able to handle the xmas orders...maybe next year

The quality of these wooden puzzles is superior to any others that I have tried in recent years and their presentation in a wooden box makes it a keepsake, too. I have done 4 of the puzzles with other members of my family and everyone is eager to build with me. Consequently, we have built our puzzles more than once and enjoyed the task and each other. I highly recommend Unidragon wooden puzzles for every age group.

Order place on 11/26/21 still not received. I had ordered several before and was pleased. Now, not so much. And trying to reach someone to clarify if my order has gone through and what is happening and will it be or has been shipped appears impossible as I have reached out through emails as well as their own chat page which only gives auto responses. SO far the only confirmation that I even placed an order is my bank showing funds withdrawn. A better system for customer care is desperately needed.

Placed an order or November 28, website states "Domestic EU Shipping - from 3-8 days without custom fee". The order still appears as unfulfilled, and therefore not sent yet, after 10 days.

Customer care works very badly, had to send 3 mails to receive an answer on the lines of "we have a lot of orders, sorry for being late". No estimation on when it will be sent. I will be happy to change this review if I will be able to receive the item before travelling for Christmas, but I seriously doubt it.

I received wolf king size as a gift. I couldn't be happier! I am looking forward for more challenges as I finished my lovely Wolf now :-)

I initially received it as a gift from a family member who ordered with Unidragon from overseas. We received this lovely package that seemed like it was made with care. The puzzles pieces are wooden and came in a wooden box. Great quality and environmentally friendly. I’ve had the assembled puzzle for about a year (now framed in my house) and it still hasn’t faded or chipped. So, I decided to buy some of my own and as a present for my niece and a friend. They loved it! Delivery was only delayed a few days, due to COVID-19 restrictions and they had my order delivered separately, twice. Only thing that would be nice is if I could get a separate shipping link for when my order is shipped separately. However, all puzzles were packaged with care and are good quality. If you are or know someone who’s artsy, a puzzle lover and/ or like unique things, this might be a good present for them or you!!

I purchased one puzzle for myself and two as gifts. The product is gorgeous, the pieces fit together very nicely, and the variety of designs only makes me want to try another one. I also had an issue with the product--I contacted customer service and they resolved it very quickly.

All the puzzles were amazing! Not a lot of pieces but that good cause they are hard! Bought 3 the first ordre, and 3 more the second time!

Last year for xmas I gifted my daughter the med. FOX puzzle and myself the med. OWL puzzle. We loved them. I enjoy the texture, intricacy & detail of the pieces. I especially like the design they create when you flip the puzzle & look at the backside. I even photo copied it to use as a coloring page!
This year we are both getting LARGE puzzles and I can't wait to see what design the backside has in store for me with all the unique shapes. It's amazing that each of those thin lines and marks are actually laser cuts that go all the way thru the wood.
