I purchased twelve puzzles, eight of the puzzle pattern will fall off, and these puzzles will be missing a piece or two, I do not know if the inventory to clean up the defective sent to me

Scam!Fraud and false propaganda! The puzzles purchased at his house are not wooden, faded, and the price is very expensive, I sent an email to ask for 1 month before being delivered, it is not worth the price

Nice web and potentially nice products. However, one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Automated template with photo and nice speech after purchase is far from good. They don't communicate properly - no business email skill, no signature, no apology for problems, not answering on question, no proper info given. Just all wrong, giving it one last chance before cancelling the purchase they are not willing to complete, nor to give relevant info about. Don't buy there, find your wooden puzzle elsewhere.

I already bought 2 medium sized puzzle 1 fox and 1 lynx. I loved it expecially that the pieces are not the same so it's easier than you average puzzle.

But I did finish the first one in 3 hours (fox) and the other one in 2,5 hours.

I have ordered a bigger lion head the website says you would need 6 hours well we will see about that.

All in all I love them I'm gonna order a dragon and and unicorn later...

In my opinion unidragon is better than other similar puzzle companies because of the vivid colours.

I have ordered several times from Unidragon and have not had an issue, until now. I placed an order on July 3, order #63736. I have never received a shipping notice, no notice from the company about a delay, and no response from the company after I have sent them 3 emails. It looks like they respond to customers who complain here, so thought I would see if I can get a response before I try to get my money back through my credit card company. It is a shame as I think they have an excellent product, but if you need any customer service from them it is non-existant.

If you by someone reason didn’t finish your purchase (for me it was lack of payment method I prefer) - you’ll get spammed with reminders to finish. BY SMS!!! 4 in 2 hours! Please unidragon, text messages are for more important things than your intrusive attention. Blocked the number, never coming back to that website

Placed my order on May 18th, give or take a day or two in the hopes to have it by the end of the month as a gift. I never received a confirmation email though my card was charged. Thankfully I kept the page open of the confirmation so I at least had that to fall back on. After weeks without a shipping confirmation from them or anything at all aside from a promotional ad email. I kept checking the provided DHL tracking information from the site that was provided and it would just say that it was waiting for my package, up until about 2 weeks ago that same tracking number came back saying that it's invalid. I got ahold of them and they just apologized (Cool) and said they'd resend it and that it was lost (reading other reviews this seems to be their go to response...), I asked if they'd give me a tracking number for the new order and they said they would. Waited until today after hearing nothing at all to just cancel my order, because after waiting a month past my order date, what's the point in the gift now? Now I've asked for a refund and they told they could send it in a week because they had pre-orders, whatever that means. Failing to send the order once and then telling me to wait even longer sounds like great business practice. I declined and just requested a refund so I'll see what that does for me. But I feel like I've been given the run around like many other people on here. Almost seems like they just hope you forget about the order so they can take your money and not actually give you anything. Very displeased with this whole process. I've seen some unprofessional companies but this one takes the cake. Talking about totally incompetent and a total lack of respect for their customers. Just seems like they don't care.

The puzzle of this shop are very amazing because of the shape of the pieces (animal, object) and the beautiful colors of the all puzzle. Really a piece of art.

The unidragon puzzle are really funny to do and really beautiful to see. The design are new with some pieces of puzzle like animals or objects. The puzzle making is also a very playful moment.

Great product i bought 2 on may 9th and didn’t get a tracking number after a week,so I contacted them and within an hour they replied saying that they were also waiting for a TN (which was a bit strangest this point I’m like .. yeah I’m f*%#d ) they also told me that only one puzzle had been sent because the owl was out of stock and would take longer to receive it and they asked me if I still wanted the owl or wanted something else.. I told them I wanted the owl and that I would wait .

I went in thinking that I was gonna get scammed because they have mixed reviews and there’s a lot of ads on fb that claim to be them , I remember clicking in one of the ads at one point and got sucked into it cuz they’re so cool however instead I went directly to their website and and purchased it

What a great product I can’t wait to get the second one .. the fine cutting of those little pieces .. and the art behind it.. it’s mesmerizing... the pieces are so unique and cool ,even if you’re really really good at building puzzles and I’m talking about 1000+ pieces
This is going to keep you there for at least 4-6 hours.. I know it’s only 300+pieces on the king sizes and trust me it’s nothing, 300 pieces sounds like nothing but when you’re building this with those shapes it makes it a bit more challenging they are CLEARLY NOT your average puzzle pieces

Only four stars cuz the whole thing with the tracking number it’s a bit obscure
They give you a link to an app called “ shop” downloaded (if you don’t have it) so I did and the only thing that was showing me IN the app it was the same receipt that i had in my email...

Package never arrived from DHL, unidragon said they would send another out if I wanted but I offered to wait a couple more days to see if DHL would reply to my messages... To which they did not. Now UniDragon is not replying
.. Complete waste of time

Delivery was fast within a few days. It arrived nicely packaged and the quality and fun of the product is excellent. I am planning to buy again.

DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS!
I ordered a few puzzles as a gift over a month ago. I checked the shipping number and it was never sent. After contacting the customer service, they apologized and said that "it must have gotten lost in shipping" and that they would resend it.
A week later I asked for another tracking number, they replied "we will send you a tracking number in a few days."
A week later, still no tracking number. I contacted customer service and the reply was literally "We forgot to send this, we will ship it in a few days."
It's been another week and I still have no tracking number or any idea if they are planning on sending my order.

Wonderful puzzles! Interesting and can be an element of decoration in your house.

I love the puzzles from Unidragon. The craftsmanship is excellent. The printed images are vibrant. I love the packaging. It makes such a nice gift. I have 13 puzzles so far. The quality of each puzzle is definitely worth the cost. Customer service is great too. I had a question about shipping & the company was quick to respond. I'll continue to purchase.

The product is EXCELLENT. Definitely a huge but very fulfilling challenge. I just wish the pieces would fit amd STAY together better while you are working on it. We had to help ourselves with tape to keep the shapes together. Otherwise it is a wonderful gift and lots of fun to learn.

This was the perfect gift! Very fast shipping. Very high quality and attention to detail on each piece. I highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys puzzles.
