When I get nervous, I have a habit of asking rapid fire questions. She was able to calm me with responses that were well balanced and made sense to me. She also has a joy about her that makes you really feel comfortable, and has a command of the technology piece as well. Several times, we had to integrate the Fortis Banking folks to complete said electronic paperwork. She guided me step by step.

Contrary to popular beliefs, you can make appropriate changes in life, if all participants do the necessary due diligence.
