No case
Delivery was great and sunglasses are fantastic but they never came with a case. I've ordered the same sunglasses from an other site and they came with a case.

For the Polaroid brand, our supplier only provides a paper box and a fabric bag, which can be used as a cleaning cloth as well. If you prefer to have a hard case, that is not a problem. Please let me know your preference and I will arrange it to be post to you.

Unexpectedly great experience
I have never encountered such a great and personal customer service! After making my purchase it turned out that the sunglasses I originally wanted were out of stock, but I was contacted right away and offered a discount in case I decided to order a different pair which I did. They also gave me complimentary express shipping. Funnily enough I have never felt so satisfied after not getting what I originally wanted, so I would definitely order again and recommend them! Great prices as well!

Great customer service, i was sent the wrong pair of sunglasses, and contacted customer support, Chloe responded quickly, and the following morning my correct pair of sunglasses had arrived at my house.
