Trader be ware; This is a CON - Update
In my previous review, I highlighted that Uniglobe will respond to it as it is public, and outlined what actually happened.
Now, they want me to contact them on an email, which, as I mentioned, none bothered to respond despite various requests from them to share more information.
My intent here is to help people by safeguarding their hard earned money. I have made peace with the fact that Uniglobe conned me and I will likely not recover my funds from them, and hopefully no one falls to their trick in future.
@Uniglobe, if indeed you claim to investigate cases, then go to your database (only you know how piled up they are) and action on all cases.
The right think being refund people's money and profits and stop conning people.

The signal service from uniglobe markets support team is among the better ones I’ve used. The entries and exits are usually well-timed; they give a clear stop-loss and take profit ,which helps me in a great way. They also explain the reasoning behind each trade. I am being handled by Anna from last two years , she is very supportive and i recommend her . I mostly trade in gold and crypto and with these guys i am getting the good returns on my investment.

This is to formally address the false and misleading statements made in your review.
We confirm that the entire amount deposited by you has been fully refunded, and the matter was settled after you posted a negative review on another platform. The refund was completed successfully, and proof of repayment and transaction records are available if required. There are no pending dues or obligations of any kind.
After receiving the full refund, you made further monetary demands and stated that additional negative reviews would be posted through others if those demands were not met. Such conduct constitutes defamation and an attempt at extortion.

This broker is trash
This broker is trash, my client placed a withdrawal since last week month and up till this moment he hasn't been paid, secondly neither there support or the so called account teams reply there mails.
Is just very crazy, yet you come pay people to come here and give you a good review...
For me this is the worst broker i have ever used...
I don't know how to reply your response, so I'm just going to edit this and put the account number but I'll like to add screenshots too so you understand what I'm saying. this withdrawal was placed since 3rd of October and today is 13th, I also mailed accounting at uniglobemarkets.com till this moment no response.
Trading account number is 892453
Thank you for your response, but please can you explain this part to me "As your IB was directly involved in the creation and management of your account, they are the appropriate point of contact for resolving any issues related to fund disbursement."

Your withdrawal request was indeed processed successfully on our side. However, the amount was charged back to your original payment method—a fact clearly documented in our system. If you have not received these funds, the issue does not lie with Uniglobe Markets, but rather with the final stage of the transaction, which may involve your Introducing Broker (IB).
As your IB was directly involved in the creation and management of your account, they are the appropriate point of contact for resolving any issues related to fund disbursement. We strongly recommend you follow up with them immediately.
To be clear:
No error occurred on our part during the withdrawal process.
The transaction was reversed back to the funding method, and this has been logged.
We do not hold or block the funds in question.
We operate with full transparency and keep verifiable logs of all client transactions. We also do not engage in any form of incentivized reviews or false promotion, and we take defamatory claims very seriously.

As we have checked with given account number, a withdrawal was already processed few days back , but after that your new withdrawal request is not processed yet because some of your trades are not as per the term & conditions mentioned on the website, so our compliance team is checking and they will revert you back through your registered email , till then you can contact your account manager for further more details.

Great experience so far
Great experience so far. Very fast withdrawal within minutes, several options for customer support of which the WhatsApp option appeals to me the most. Customer assistants are very quick to respond and are genuinely helpful.
The trading platform is so easy to use, I mean it's so sleek. It's easy to see Uniglobe Markets put in lots of efforts to make these things happen.
Overall, I highly recommend them.
