An Excellent Smartphone "Innovator", and Helpful Service Support

Very good service support was provided upon claiming under the 1 year warranty. After being given guidance towards diagnosing a fault with the phone, it was possible for the company to directly send a replacement part to me. This was especially useful since I would not lose access to my phone at any point, and I was competent to disassemble the phone and install the replacement part myself. Dispatch of the part was very quick and delivery similarly quick, considering it was sent from China. I cannot comment on the servicing process for phones outside the 1 year warranty period, but presumably the same parts will be available for a cost.
Companies such as Unihertz should be welcomed since they make active steps in producing products which niche groups genuinely want. The otherwise lack of small smartphones on the market has been very frustrating, so Unihertz's products were a revelation upon discovery. They really put the dreary and oversized "roofing slates", churned out by the major manufacturers, to shame. Bear in mind that firmware/security updates are at the baseline standard for a phone manufacturer and usually stop after a year or two, but that does not worry me too much. In theory, replacement batteries are also available which helps to extend the useable lifespan of the phones, although are often out of stock for some devices. Overall, a very good manufacturer.

I ordered a Tank Mini and the phone has been great so far. thank you. When ordering, I missed out on a coupon that was advertised on the main page. I emailed Unihertz Service, and they refunded me the coupon value after i received the product. This is my second Unihertz product, my first was a Jelly 2. Recommended.

Unihertz Tank 2 is NOT a rugged phone

I bought a Unihertz Tank 2 - 8849 phone. They call it a rugged phone, but after a few drops the screen broke. I don't know what to do. I am in Turkey and the screen is very rare and very expensive where I am.

Delivery not the fastest but functional result.

The Jelly 2 replacement battery took quite a while to be delivered, but ultimately arrived and works fine after the not-so-quick installation procedure.
And while it is good that Unihertz provides tutorial videos on how to install the battery, they "forgot" (or cut out) the part where the actual battery connection needs to be detached and later attached again.

I can't rave enough about this product

I can't rave enough about this product. This is my second Adom XL. I've been using my first exclusively for about a year. My wife's old phone finally needed replacing, and she was over the moon to finally get her own Adom XL. The price is absurdly low. I was joking with a friend that this is the only product I've ever bought that I feel guilty like I'm ripping them off. Other than quick and issue-free shipping, I don't have any experience with the company, but a big selling point for me was the fact that you can buy all the parts of the phone independently and fix it. I live a radically subsistence based lifestyle, and it's an upright thing for a company to actually design a phone to be self serviced. I have never enjoyed a phone as much as this one. Keep up the good work Unihertz, may your company exist to the end of time, and may your principles stay steadfast.

I've had my Titan Slim for about 4…

I've had my Titan Slim for about 4 months now. It's working just fine, I've had no real problems. Like many other reviews say, it's not really meant for gaming or making videos, and certainly the speaker quality if you're playing music is quite horrible, so if you value those types of things in a phone, you are not going to be happy. But if you are a boring kind of guy who loved their BlackBerry and just want a phone like that, then you will probably be satisfied with this.
My real problem is the customer service with the company. Simply put, they are jerks.
My first clue of this was right when I ordered. Right after I submitted the order, I realized to my horror that I had never confirmed exactly what Shipping Company they would use to send the phone to me in Canada from their warehouse in the states. Any Canadian who has shipped from America knows that this is a very important question. Shipping UPS, for example, will result in your parcel being held hostage until you pay huge inflated broker fees. DHL is even worse. The only American shipping that is remotely acceptable is USPS. I had assumed that at some point during the checkout process unihertz would specify what the shipping options were. It wasn't until my order submission was complete that I realized I'd never been given that option. I quickly scoured their website and read their shipping policies, but even there it never actually specifies who they use for shipping. Frantically I emailed customer service explaining I had just submitted my order and needed to confirm that they would send it USPS. Surprisingly, customer service responded fairly quickly, and they informed me that Canadian orders actually drop shipped from a Canadian Warehouse, so I had no need to worry. That was the good news. But then for no reason at all, the customer service rep chastises me for not confirming this before I ordered, and threatened me that if I had tried to cancel the order after submitting, I would have been charged a substantial restocking fee. What kind of company doesn't have a reasonable order cancellation window? If an order has just been submitted within half an hour, there is zero chance that that phone has been removed from stock yet, and there is no justification for any restocking fee, never mind the substantial one Unihertz was threatening. And why does the rep have to go threatening that anyways? It was a negative interaction, but the actual answer to my shipping question was good news, so I let it go.

2 weeks later I was just figuring out my new phone and I had a question about how to change one of the settings. I emailed customer service again and asked for their help, but I never heard back. I eventually figured out the answer that question by myself, so I never followed up with customer service.

Then last month I had another question about turning down the touch screen sensitivity. The touch screen can be too sensitive so that when you are merely trying to scroll, it keeps thinking you are clicking, so instead of scrolling by links that I'm not interested in, the phone keeps clicking on them and opening up those links, taking me away from the window I was reading. It's very frustrating, and if you Google you will find that most other Android phones have a setting to reduce the touch screen sensitivity specifically to solve that problem. I searched in all the places where you find that setting on other Android phones, but that setting does not appear to be on my Titan Slim. So I emailed customer service. I got the auto response saying that I would hear from customer service within 10 business days. 15 business days came and went though and there was no response from the company. I emailed them again asking why they are ignoring new customers who need help? That was almost a month ago and I still have not heard back.
Bottom line, it's an average phone that will probably be acceptable if you have mid-range expectations, but do not expect any service or professionalism from the company. They do not care about you once they have your money, and they will ignore you.

Amazed, beloved, never want any other smartphone for working&privacy in my Life again!

Amazing product!
I love it so much to write on a physical keyboard again. I missed it for years!

The software is still working without a drop off.

Sometimes some reel-videos get blurred or lose their contouring, but that's not a big problem.
If I load it again it's still working without any problems!

Thank You for the amazing Titan slim!
The litte sibling of the big One, Titan!

Love to see, which product you will design, constructed & drop off next!

Greetings from Saxony/ Germany. :)

Can't type in text!

This is my second Unihertz Titan and both consistently kicky me out of whatever application I am in whenever I am trying to type in text and send me either to my home screen or to Google search.

I have contacted customer service about this and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about, even though I now know that this is not just a malfunction specific to my first phone.
