I would like to acknowledge that your service is generally good. However, there is a lack of assurance provided to customers, especially in situations like what happened to me. I made an online payment with the hope that everything was legitimate. While there is nothing wrong with trying, the confusion, inconvenience, and false hope given to people are not acceptable.

I hope this matter is addressed properly so that future customers will not experience the same issues.

I have an issue going on where a refund is needed since I don’t nor have I ever used this site for any services. The escalation team (Jeremy) responded in a very timely manner so I am appreciative of that and said they would refund me. They also issued out an apology for the mishap.
