I especially like company's digital…
I especially like company's digital presence and interaction, your support is always pleasant & quick to respond. Even though I dis-liked apps when I tried them a year or so ago (I mostly failed to see what is the point of having them at all), I am still satisfied with online portal. Union seems like an entity from the 21st century. All of this puts you ahead of the concurrent insurance companies.
Although there are great benefits, I usually find them hard to apply for. Especially dental hygiene requiring its own form filled by a dentist is a very cumbersome and I keep forgetting to bring it with me. I like that you added some additional benefits for eye care, but that is also something I am not able to take advantage of as there are just two partner eye clinics I am not customer of.

Application improvement
I would appreciate if you customize and make your app more user friendly, esp. the section of benefit application and to make it easier to understand (displayed always on top) who is logged in and for whom I fulfill the data - parent and/or children.

Fortunately, I didn't have to use the insurance, but the protection allowed me to hike in the mountains in peace.
